Continue your week with our Kyneton best bets, highlighting the key runners ready to help you out on Tuesday!
RAVENS GLOW (4) has drawn wide but rates a genuine each-way chance back on top of the ground.
She had two goes on the heavy during her maiden prep and ran well on both occasions, and has since come out and won a recent Wangaratta trial nicely.
Having handled longer trips than this last time in work, the 1218m should suit.

MANCHEGO (6) looks hard to beat again for Tony and Calvin McEvoy.
The son to Toronado has returned a different horse this time in work, placing at Ballarat on the syntho fresh, before improving three weeks later to go two lengths clear at Echuca.
He sticks to the 1200m trip here fresh and has drawn to get a lovely cart into the race with only a couple of kilos extra in the saddle.

| Third-up today. Resuming set the pace for much of the race 3rd of 9 in a C,G&E Bm56 at Ballarat Synthetic on August 25 over 1200m, 2.75 len behind Shooter Mcgavin carrying 59kg at $2.60. Last start favourite; raced right near the speed and boxed on; won by 2 len in a 0 – 56 at Echuca on September 19 over 1209m defeating Hidden Witness carrying 59kg at $2.35. Excellent winning chance with the help of an inside stall. | |||
OUR PIERRO (9) appears to be a mare worth keeping an eye on out of the Hayes stable.
She caught the eye winning her maiden here over further in late January, overcoming a very wide alley to race from near last to first in impressive style.
She’ll need to be equally as good here from a sticky gate but there’s been a lot to like about her trial form leading in.

| Resuming after a nine months break. Finished off last preparation winning by long-neck this track Mdn-Sw January 31 over 1856m defeating Earl Of Gloucester with 56kg at $4.20. On debut second of 10 at Yarra Valley F&M Mdn-Sw December 19 over 1514m, 1.0 len behind Algadon Storm with 56.5kg at $14. Is up to winning this fresh up. | |||
MIKE’S HOPE (10) is stepping out past the mile for the first time with some impressive recent form to his name.
The four-year-old to Alabama Express ran second at Swan Hill nearly a month ago over 1600m and probably could have won if he settled closer in transit.
A clean getaway is the key to his chances under Daniel Stackhouse, and if the pair can settle handy to the speed this time, they’ll take holding out from an ideal gate.
