The Magic Millions Cup is one of the key feature races on the lucrative $13.75 million Magic Millions Race Day at the Gold Coast in Queensland each summer.
The meeting is held in mid-January during the wider Magic Millions Racing Carnival and features 10 Magic Millions races in 2025 including a trio of Restricted Listed events with the running of the: $3 million Magic Millions 2YO Classic, $3 million Magic Millions 3YO Guineas and the $2 million Magic Millions Cup.

In 2022 Eleven Eleven became the first two-time Magic Millions Cup winner in the race’s history. The Magic Millions Cup form from 2022 was franked with Eleven Eleven continuing on to run third to Apache Chase, who was third in the MM Cup, in Brisbane’s Group 1 Kingsford-Smith Cup (1300m).
The 2024 Magic Millions Cup winner Semana franked the form going on to run top three in a host of subsequent Group 1 races that year including the Coolmore Classic (2nd), Queen Of The Turf (3rd), and Brisbane’s Tatt’s Tiara (2nd).

The 2025 Magic Millions Cup results at the Gold Coast saw an upset by West Of Africa ($15), trained by Annabel Neasham & Rob Archibald and ridden by Tyler Schiller. West Of Africa started from barrier 18 and settled at the rear of the field. As the race progressed, Schiller guided him through the pack, and with a powerful turn of foot, West Of Africa surged down the middle of the track. He overtook the race favourite, Charm Stone, in the final 50 meters to claim victory.
