Which Horse Will Win The Expressway Stakes

The best way to pick who will win the Expressway Stakes is to take into account the form, assess the barriers, consider the weight the horse will carry, among other factors.

Additional factors to take into considerations are as follows:

  • Black Experience – Some of the field will be unproven at the group level. If you can locate a horse that has been consistently cleaning up at the listed status stakes, you might be onto a horse that is about to make its breakout performance.
  • Favourites – Typically do well in this race. Taking first place doesn’t happen every year, but place getting is a regular occurance.
  • Local Majority – The most of entrants will be coming from the Sydney metropolitan area. You’ll want to keep your eyes peeled to Randwick and Rosehill in the week prior to the race.
  • Tiny Field – Despite a field limited of 18, 2018’s race had only 6 runners at the gate. This can make place betting much easier, albeit with less of a payoff.
