2026 Belmont Oaks Odds
The 2026 Belmont Oaks odds give punters an early look at how the market is lining up WA’s most promising staying fillies ahead of the 2000m Listed feature at Belmont Park, with prices shaped by exposed middle‑distance form, late‑prep improvement and how each runner is expected to handle the long, testing Belmont straight. After several key lead‑up races across the Perth winter carnival, the Belmont Oaks odds tend to tighten around fillies showing genuine stamina and strong closing sectionals, while market moves often highlight stable confidence or emerging talent ready to peak at black‑type level. With tempo, track pattern and proven 2000m strength all influencing the board, the latest 2026 Belmont Oaks odds help punters identify the fillies trending upward and where the early value sits for those looking to get on with Neds.

Run over 2,000 metres, the Belmont Oaks is a Listed race taking place at Belmont Park Racecourse in late June or early July towards the very end of the Perth Winter Racing Carnival.
Note, in 2025 the Belmont Oaks ran at Bunbury Racecourse.
The set weights event is open only to three-year-old fillies and offers $125,000 in prize money. It takes place on the same card as the Aquanita Stakes, which is the equivalent race for colts and geldings.
The best fillies out of the Belmont Oaks are likely to head towards the $125,000 Listed Belmont Classic (2200m) a fortnight later. Chantrea (2020) and Ihts Closing Inn (2024) are the latest to complete the Belmont Oaks – Belmont Classic double.

Which Horse Will Win the Belmont Oaks in 2026
The best way to pick which filly will win the Belmont Oaks in 2026 is to take into account their lead-up winter racing form, assess the barriers and look for the proven performers at the track.
Additional factors to take into considerations are as follows:
- Favourite Factor – The favourites have a strong recent strike-rate in the Belmont Oaks results.
- Proven Stayers – Fillies proven up to at least a mile in distance make the best bet in the Belmont Oaks over the 2000m.
- Belmont Lead-Up – Fillies coming off a lead-up run at the Belmont track, especially those out of the Listed Belmont Guineas (1600m) make the best bet. Mystery Miss (2019) was the last filly to complete the Belmont Guineas – Belmont Oaks double. Chili Is Hot (7th in 2021), Searchin’ Roc’s (2nd in 2022), and Petrouchka (2nd in 2024) are the last fillies to win the Oaks off a Guineas lead-up at Belmont.
Belmont Oaks Favourites 2026
Favourites in 2026 Belmont Oaks betting include consistent Extreme Choice filly Like Clockwork coming off a fourth in the Belmont Guineas, the Grant & Alana Williams-trained Ladies Pro who finished fifth in that same key lead-up and her in-form stablemate Esta Mirando back up in grade.
Chantrea ($1.85 in 2020) followed by Searchin’ Roc’s ($1.5 in 2022), Ihts Closing Inn ($2.30 in 2023), and Fancy Red ($2.35 in 2025) are the last Belmont Oaks favourites to win. In 2021 the odds-on Belmont Oaks favourite Sheza Chalmer narrowly lost to 17/1 outsider Chili Is Hot.
Belmont Oaks Field 2026
The official 2026 Belmont Oaks field of final acceptances is announced the Wednesday of race week and will be published below once confirmed.
