AGADOO (8) has had excuses in both recent runs and gets the setup to improve.
The Aiden Nunn-trained mare worked home strongly into second at Eagle Farm two starts ago after being slow away and racing in restricted room.
She then looked ready to challenge over 1200m here before running into a roadblock and losing all momentum. She still came again to finish in the placings.
Taylor Marshall takes over, barrier 4 is ideal, and the rise to 1350m should help.

WEOWNACHEVY (11) brings the right form reference and has trialled sharply.
The Andrew Parramore-trained gelding was narrowly beaten by Why Wait on debut, with that runner since winning again to remain unbeaten.
He resumed last month and finished third, beaten 1.87 lengths, behind Exceed The Sale before returning to the trials and winning impressively from near the back.
Bella Youngberry’s 3kg claim is a major help, and he should be able to settle on speed.

GORBACHEV (2) turned his form around in a big way last start and can keep improving.
The Michael Freedman-trained gelding was eased out of his first-up run before flying out of the gates at Eagle Farm and leading throughout to win narrowly over 1400m.
He is third-up now and has already won over this course and distance.
The outside barrier is the obvious concern, but Jace McMurray’s claim leaves him only 0.5kg heavier. He has enough speed to cross and find the right spot.

AMUSEANTES (4) has trialled well and looks ready to run a big race fresh.
The Rob Heathcote-trained mare has had two trials, with the latest seeing her charge home under her own steam to win impressively.
She won first-up over this course and distance last preparation after producing the best closing sectionals in the race.
There should be enough speed to help her, and Taylor Marshall only needs to get her off the fence at the right time.
