While the next edition of the Big Bash is still more than six months away, cricket fans can still enjoy the big hits in the shortest form of the game. T20 competitions have sprung up across the globe, giving cricket fans the opportunity to follow their favourite players as they play in domestic competitions across the globe.
David Warner, Glenn Maxwell and master blaster Chris Lynn are just some of the players who have made a name for themselves in T20 cricket. Lynn’s exploits, with the Brisbane Heat in the Big Bash have made him one of the most in-demand players in the world cricket, without having played a Test Match for Australia.
While Glenn Maxwell may have found himself in Steve Smith’s bad books this summer, ‘The Big Show’ was able to nab himself a $1.75 million contact with the Delhi Daredevils in the IPL.
We’ve put together a list of the best T20 competitions to keep your eye on throughout the year.
