Round Of 32
England vs DR Congo Predictions – Round Of 32 (Match 8)
England roll into the knockouts with plenty of wind in the sails after taking care of Panama 2-0 and locking up top spot in Group L.
There’s a small question mark down back with Jarell Quansah carrying a knock, but with Harry Kane and Jude Bellingham both looking dangerous in front of goal, the Three Lions still look one of the toughest sides left to knock over.
DR Congo arrive with a clean bill of health, which is exactly what they’ll need if they’re going to sit deep, stay organised, and let England have most of the ball.
This is new ground for the Leopards, but they’ve shown enough tactical discipline to suggest they won’t simply roll over. An upset feels a stretch, though England may have to be patient and make their chances count in what looks more like a grind than a goal-fest.
Prediction: England to Win & Under 2.5 Goals @ $2.70
Value: First Half Total Goals – 0 @ $2.80
Player Pick: Harry Kane Anytime Goalscorer @ $1.70
Belgium vs Senegal Predictions – Round Of 32 (Match 9)
Belgium will be desperate to make a statement on Thursday after their last two World Cup campaigns told very different stories.
Their third-place finish in 2018 feels a long time ago after a flat Group Stage exit in 2022, but they arrive here with confidence restored following a 5-1 win over New Zealand.
Senegal, meanwhile, punched their ticket to the knockouts with a 5-0 thumping of Iraq, finally getting the chance to play an opponent closer to their level after opening with France and Norway.
Still, the Lions of Teranga have looked vulnerable when put under pressure, and their habit of conceding in bunches is a real concern against a Belgian side with this much quality in the final third.
With this being the first meeting between the two nations, don’t be surprised if both teams take a little time to settle. But once Belgium find their rhythm, their class should start to show.
Prediction: Belgium to Cover -1 Goal @ $3.90
Value: Both Teams to Score – No @ $1.95
Player Pick: Kevin De Bruyne 2+ Shots on Target @ $2.65
USA vs Bosnia & Herzegovina Predictions – Round Of 32 (Match 10)
This has all the makings of a nervy one for Bosnia & Herzegovina, especially with the USA out to bounce back from a gut-punch loss to Turkiye last week.
The Americans looked slick through their first two games against Paraguay and Australia, controlling the tempo, dominating possession, and showing real pace out wide. Those same traits were there again last time out, but one defensive lapse proved costly.
Bosnia & Herzegovina have made it this far the hard way. Their opening draw with Canada was all about survival, soaking up pressure before striking first and forcing the co-hosts to chase the game late.
Since then, the Dragons were beaten 4-1 by Switzerland before responding with a 3-1 win over Qatar, proving they’re capable of finding goals even when they’re not dictating the match.
The USMNT should get a serious lift from the home crowd, and after letting an unbeaten Group Stage slip through their fingers, motivation won’t be an issue.
Both sides look capable of getting on the board, but based on what the USA showed across their opening two fixtures, they look the more reliable side to progress.
Prediction: USA to Win & Under 3.5 Goals @ $2.05
Value: Both Teams to Score @ $2.05
Player Pick: Ermin Mahmic Anytime Goalscorer @ $5.00
