There’s just three games left of the A-League season and four sides (maybe three if you don’t give United much hope), are a solid 90 minutes away from booking their spot in the 2024/25 A-League Grand Final.

Auckland are up and about, they return home this Saturday night with a one goal lead and are agonisingly close to a spot in the GF in their inaugural year.
Auckland are favoured this weekend, and at $2.10 to the Victory’s $3.25 and I’m backing them in.
To snatch a first leg win on the road is huge and that home crowd advantage over in NZ is going to do them nothing but favours.
Not to mention the Victory have not only never beaten Auckland in their three matchups, but they still also have never scored a goal against them.

Barring some sort of Liverpool v Barcelona esque second leg comeback, Melbourne City are all but in the A-League Grand Final after a massive 3-0 of the Westies last week.
City were far too good last weekend and I’m willing to bet we could see more of them same in the “return” fixture (they’re playing at the same ground).
