The Chiefs are somehow still undefeated, the Cardinals are a top of the NFC West and the Panthers have won two in a row!
Week 10 of the NFL was wild and with a monster slate of games in Week 11, we could be in for another week of chaos!
I’ve run my eyes over the stats and here’s where I’ve landed for Week 11 of the 2024 NFL Season.
I did not have this pinned as the spiciest NFC East matchup of the season but it just goes to show how unpredictable the NFL can be.
Both these sides have seven wins on the year but are yet to cross paths, with this the first of two meetings in the next six weeks.
I cannot split them though, the Eagles are deserved favourites but the Commies have been so good this year and are more than capable of causing an upset.
Jayden Daniels has really elevated this Washington outfit and I think we could see a shoot out on TNF.
Staying away from a result here, taking the overs and a play on a couple players.
My Bets
- Over 48.5 Total Points @ $1.90
- Jalen Hurts/ Saquon Barkley 1 Combined TD @ $1.11
- AJ Brown 60+ Receiving Yards
- Jayden Daniels 200+ Passing Yards
Would you rather shit yourself or piss yourself?
My favourite saying of all time applies to this stink of a game, thank god they’ve hidden it on the 4am slot.
NY are the short priced favourites but nothing I’ve seen fills me with any confidence they can beat the Colts.
The Colts on the other hand weren’t as dismal as I expected against Buffalo last week.
This could very easily be an upset but I’m going to settle for the Colts to cover.
My Bets
- Indianapolis Colts +4 @ $1.87
- Jonathan Taylor 60+ Rushing Yards
- Jonathan Taylor Anytime Touchdown Scorer
It was a strong showing from the Pats last week, registering nine sacks on Caleb Williams and no TDs allowed but I’m concerned it might be fool’s gold.
The Rams are on a short turn around however after going down to the Dolphins last week.
Neither of these sides fill me with a lot of confidence in this match up however the Rams should win.
There’s a bloke in the Facebook comments on my articles that keeps potting me about not backing the Rams but it has been working the last few weeks.
Hope you’re well mate, sorry about the result against Miami.
Rams bounceback game here, give the ball to Kyren Williams.
My Bets
- Los Angeles Rams -5 @ $1.90
- Puka Nacua 60+ Receiving Yards
- Kyren Williams Anytime Touchdown Scorer
Just as, if not more exciting than the TNF game this week.
Both these AFC North sides have seven wins and the winner of this one will be on top of the North.
Initially looking at this, the Ravens are the clear pick with Lamar playing like the clear MVP favourite and it’s Derrick Henry’s OPOTY award to lose as well.
But there’s something about this Pittsburgh team this year, Mike Tomlin once again has this team rolling and it could be closer than the $2.40/ $1.58 market suggests.
My head still says Baltimore here, I’m really enjoying the football the Ravens are playing this year and given that the bookies are only giving us a three point line despite the disparity in the head to head market.
I’m with the Ravens to cover.
My Bets
- Baltimore Ravens -3 @ $1.87
- Zay Flowers 60+ Receiving Yards
- Derrick Henry Anytime Touchdown
The Saints are coming off a rare win and could very easily find another one here against a dismal Cleveland side.
Another stinker of a game if I’m brutally honest, I will watch fractions of it on Redzone when they cut to it but this is a game i have next to no interest in.
That being said, I’m still paid to give a tip and the value lies in the upset here.
The Browns are off the bye, Nick Chubb has had another week with the starters and Jameis Winston could very easily have a day here.
Let’s have a crack on Cleveland.
My Bets
- Cleveland Browns H2H @ $1.94
- Jameis Winston 200+ Passing Yards
- Nick Chubb Anytime Touchdown
Allthough it will never ever happen, I truly believe in my heart of hearts that by the very definition, Tua Tagovailoa is the most valuable player in the NFL.
You just have to look at Miami with and without him, the amount of value he has to this team is legit the difference between winning and losing.
The price for Miami this week reflects that, sure it’s only the Raiders they play but every player on Miami’s offense is significantly better with Tua out there.
I predict we’ll see that once again this week and I don’t think that eight point line is safe in this game.
My Bets
- Miami Dolphins -8 @ $1.94
- Tyreek Hill 75+ Receiving Yards
- DeVon Achane Anytime Touchdown
Potentially the most one sided betting market we’ve seen this season the Detroit Lions are $1.12 to beat the $6.28 Jacksonville Jaguars.
It’s bloody tough to pick a side in the line market, which is out to 13 points and with the injury cloud that lingers over Trevor Lawrence anything could truly happen here.
Despite winning last week, the Lions were abysmal in patches that game, Jared Goff had five interceptions but they found a way to get home in the end.
If Trevor Lawrence suits up, I love the Jags to cover here.
Do I think they can beat Detroit? No but a 13 point handicap to Jacksonville feels worth taking on IF TLaw is healthy.
Given there is no news on Lawrence yet, I will tip Detroit -13 but will be revising that if the Jaguars QB leans towards playing.
My Bets
- Detroit Lions -13 @ $1.90
- Jahmyr Gibbs Anytime Touchdown
- Jahmyr Gibbs 60+ Rushing Yards
The Vikings have kind of stalled their last few games.
Despite beating the Jags last week it was an ugly 12-7 win and will look to return to form against a good match up this week.
Three weeks ago I would’ve blindly backed the Vikes 14+ here but Darnold has fallen back to earth, but we could see him ball out once again this week.
Justin Jefferson was borderline a non factor in last weeks game and that simply doesn’t happen two weeks in a row for a stud receiver like JJettas, I expect him to get force fed in this matchup.
There is a world where this does finish 14+ Minnesota’s way but I’m going to be boring & conservative and take them just to cover.
My Bets
- Minnesota Vikings -6 @ $1.90
- Justin Jefferson 80+ Receiving Yards
- Justin Jefferson Anytime Touchdown
Chicago have lost their way in the last month so badly that OC Shane Waldron got the arse Wednesday morning.
It is a fractured locker room in Chi Town right now and while I do believe they will bounce back, it’s unlikely this week in a match up with their first NFC North opponent of the year.
Green Bay are fresh off the bye and could inflict some serious hurt.
Will we see a better scheme for Caleb and his weapons now that Waldron is gone?
Mayhaps but I’m taking the Packers to cover.
My Bets
- Green Bay Packers -6.5 @ $1.90
- Josh Jacobs 60+ Rushing Yards
- Jayden Reed Anytime Touchdown
Both these sides are searching for a win in the NFC West to close the gap on the Cardinals and while the Seahawks have been incredibly exciting to watch this year.
I’m not giving them much of a chance now that the 9ers have CMC back.
McCaffrey got straight back into his work like he’d never left last week, getting 88% of the RB snaps and had over 100 all purpose yards.
It’s clear that CMC is near 100% healthy again and I see Shanahan giving him a lot of work in this one.
49ers to be far too good here.
My Bets
- San Francisco 49ers -6.5 @ $1.90
- Christian McCaffrey 75+ Rushing Yards
- Christian McCaffrey Anytime Touchdown
I don’t think it’s the craziest take in the world to say that there is value in Atlanta in this matchup.
The Falcons after losing to New Orleans last week are $2.10 underdogs and even though the Broncos have been trending upwards this season.
I believe that this ATL offense is just far too good and have really talked myself into the upset here.
Keep an eye on Broncos RB Audric Estime, it seems like he’s won the starting spot in Denver and could be a decent price for 60+ rushing yards.
My Bets
- Atlanta Falcons H2H @ $2.10
- Bijan Robinson 60+ Rushing Yards
- Drake London Anytime Touchdown
- Audric Estime 60+ Rushing Yards
This is the most likely AFC Championship Game if the season finished today and it’s another edition of Josh Allen v Patrick Mahomes, with Buffalo favoured in this one.
The Chiefs are still undefeated but have only beaten a team by 14+ once this year.
Something about KC being underdogs here just leads me to believe they get the job done.
Every game this year they’ve found a way to win, it’s rarely a glamourous win but they keep doing it.
Buffalo are as good as they always are but I expect Mahomes to find another gear for this one.
Chiefs for the “upset”
My Bets
- Kansas City Chiefs H2H @ $2.10
- Travis Kelce 75+ Receiving Yards
- James Cook Anytime Touchdown
Another game I’m backing to skew towards the underdogs.
Joe Burrow cannot play much better than he currently is but the Bengals keep finding ways to let him down.
On the other side of the ball, LA have been incredibly up and down this year and all though they seem to be hiting a rhythm at the moment, I’m not sure if they will be able to keep up with the amount of points Cincy are putting on the board.
Bengals to win here for me, Ja’Marr for another big game.
My Bets
- Cincinnati Bengals H2H @ $1.98
- Ja’Marr Chase 100+ Receiving Yards
- Ja’Marr Chase Anytime Touchdown
Cooper Rush and the Dallas Cowboys (yuck) will host CJ Stroud and the Texans this week in a night time game so the Cowboys cannot blame the sun this week!
Houston are hella short and there’s no way I can talk myself into the Cowboys even covering, their season is over.
It looks like Nico Collins will return for Houston this week and in his healthy stretch to start the year, he was the league leader in yards and it wasn’t close.
I like Stroud to forcefeed him here once again.
My Bets
- Houston Texans 14+ @ $2.55
- Nico Collins 75+ Receiving Yards
- Nico Collins Anytime Touchdown Scorer
I’ve let you down this year with the fantasy multis punters and that’s just unacceptable.
We go again this week and I’m confident I’ve found five boys poised for a big week.
Just to recap in Week 10 we had:
- Quarterback: Josh Allen Over 250+ Passing Yards ✓
- Runningback: Saquon Barkley 60+ Rushing Yards ✓
- Runningback: DeVon Achane 60+ Rushing Yards X
- Wide Receiver: Justin Jefferson 60+ Receiving Yards X
- Wide Receiver: Amon-Ra St Brown 60+ Receiving Yards ✓
Week 11’s Fantasy team looks like this:
- Quarterback: Jared Goff Over 250+ Passing Yards
- Runningback: Joe Mixon 60+ Rushing Yards
- Runningback: Breece Hall 60+ Rushing Yards
- Wide Receiver: Courtland Sutton 60+ Receiving Yards
- Wide Receiver: Ja’Marr Chase 60+ Receiving Yards
