Our NBL predictions this week include the Bullets to keep it close against the defending NBL champions.<\/p>\n

It has been a good start to the season for the Bullets at 2-0, and they are good enough to push the Kings close and give them their first real test of the 2026\/27 season.<\/p>\n

Betting against the Kings isn\u2019t easy, especially with their offence firing on all cylinders. However, we\u2019re respecting the Bullets\u2019 unbeaten start, and they\u2019re playing with confidence to knock the Kings off their perch.<\/p>\n

There is nothing going right for the Hawks, and we wouldn\u2019t be surprised to see some changes to their personnel in the coming weeks.<\/p>\n

Looking to take advantage with another win are the 36ers, who looked good when beating the Taipans last week, and that was a good bounce back after losing on a last-second shot to the Wildcats.<\/p>\n

Covering the -5.5 line shouldn\u2019t be hard against a Hawks team playing with low confidence levels. Tyler Harvey took only five shots in their most recent loss, so something isn\u2019t going right for them, and they haven\u2019t put their finger on it yet.<\/p>\n

We\u2019ll happily take $2.10 for the Wildcats to win at home, and although the Phoenix have a dangerous roster, they\u2019re struggling to win games.<\/p>\n

It was a tough Round 2 for the Phoenix, who have consecutive losses on their record, and we have the Wildcats being tough to beat at RAC Arena, which is one of the toughest places to play in the NBL.<\/p>\n

We expected the Wildcats to be around $1.80, so the $2.10 is a value price for the home team, and our NBL tips this week have them winning.<\/p>\n

The betting line will depend on how well these teams play earlier in the week, but even if the Bullets lose to Sydney, we are still confident in their hopes of beating Tasmania, which has struggled recently.<\/p>\n

We don\u2019t expect the odds to be huge for the Bullets to fire a shot, but they\u2019re included in our NBL best bets.<\/p>\n

United gets a good chance to post consecutive Round 3 wins this week, and playing teams like the Taipans shouldn\u2019t be too difficult for them.<\/p>\n

The Taipans have talented players, but they rarely play for the full 40 minutes, and to beat United, you need to be focused for the entire game.<\/p>\n

Given their experience and raw ability, United should have no trouble in handing the Taipans another loss, and it should be a one-sided affair at John Cain Arena.<\/p>\n

Our NBL Round 3 tips have the Phoenix ending their week on a high, and that shouldn\u2019t be too difficult against the struggling Hawks.<\/p>\n

We\u2019re trying to make a case for the Hawks to play well, but after the first two weeks, we haven\u2019t seen anything from them to recommend backing them this week. Improvement is expected, but it shouldn\u2019t be enough to beat teams like the Phoenix.<\/p>\n

Look for Nathan Sobey to have a field day on offence, and he could end the game with 30+ points for the Phoenix.<\/p>\n
