Doomben betting tips are ready for a 10-race card this Saturday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The track is rated a Soft 5, with fine weather forecast. The rail is out 2m, so the early races should help shape the betting approach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Annabel & Rob Archibald-trained gelding gave a good sight over 1350m here last start, only being run down late to finish second, beaten three-quarters of a length.<\/p>\n

He is third-up now and drops back to 1200m, with all of his wins coming over this trip.<\/p>\n

The 54kg is a big positive, and Daniel Moor should get the right run just behind what looks like a genuine tempo.<\/p>\n

He again finished behind Braveheart last start but still closed off well to run second, beaten 3.41 lengths.<\/p>\n

The quick back-up and rise to 1350m should suit, and Bella Youngberry\u2019s 3kg claim helps. From the draw, she can have him stalking the speed.<\/p>\n

He has already won twice at Doomben, including a gritty victory over 2000m three starts ago.<\/p>\n

The wide barrier is the concern, but Daniel Moor should be able to work across. If he lands in a forward position, he can give this a shake.<\/p>\n

Now with Tony Gollan, she may find this race more suitable than some of her recent assignments.<\/p>\n

Her recent trial was encouraging, with the mare cruising around in good time to finish a close third.<\/p>\n

She draws well for Emily Lang and gets every chance to make an impact first-up.<\/p>\n

Moulin Miss should lead from the inside, but Let\u2019sfacethemusic can settle just behind her and enjoy the perfect stalking position.<\/p>\n

He was also good first-up and won third-up last preparation at Doomben.<\/p>\n

The Shaun Dwyer-trained gelding finally drew well last start and took advantage, settling closer before powering home to score in the shadows of the post.<\/p>\n

His previous effort at Eagle Farm was also excellent. He drew the outside, settled last and still charged home into second, beaten just under a length.<\/p>\n

That followed a narrow third in the Listed Glasshouse Handicap.<\/p>\n

He steps to a mile for the first time since running second by a neck over this course and distance in March. The 61kg is the only concern, but with Michael Rodd aboard, he gets his chance.<\/p>\n
