A typically impressive and capacity field of stayers has accepted, with plenty of our best horses going up against another quality list of international raiders in the Caulfield Cup 2020<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n I\u2019ve spent the week digging deep into the form, and you can find my 2020 Caulfield Cup tips<\/strong> below.<\/p>\n Suggested Bets<\/strong><\/p>\n It\u2019s not often that Aidan O\u2019Brien sends a Derby winner to Australia, but that is exactly what he has done this year and Anthony Van Dyck will take plenty of beating.<\/p>\n The Galileo entire simply doesn\u2019t know how to run a bad race, and has amassed six wins and as many placings from his seventeen career starts to date.<\/p>\n Further to his impressive Derby win in 2019, Anthony Van Dyck has found form around some of the world\u2019s best stayers in some of the world\u2019s best races, and arrives in Australia off the back of a win in the Group 2 Prix Foy (2400m) at Longchamp, having beaten home the likes of Stradivarius.<\/p>\n He has a class edge over a lot of these rivals and at around the $5 mark, I am happy to put him on top of my 2020 Caulfield Cup tips.<\/p>\n <\/div> \n <\/div> \n<\/section>\n Cult hero Prince Of Arran will make his Australian return in the Caulfield Cup, and I can\u2019t find a reason why he won\u2019t be in the finish.<\/p>\n The Shirocco gelding has scored plenty of fans during his two previous trips to the Melbourne Spring Carnival, and famously finished third in the 2018 Melbourne Cup<\/strong><\/a> before going one better in last year\u2019s edition.<\/p>\n He always runs an absolute bolter first-up in Australia, and he has returned plenty of pleasing efforts in the UK this year, including a credible third behind Enable in the Group 3 September Stakes at Kempton Park most recently.<\/p>\n Jamie Kah is in excellent form and she jumps into the saddle for the Caulfield Cup.<\/p>\n <\/div> \n <\/div> \n<\/section>\n She isn\u2019t typically one of mine, but it\u2019s impossible to ignore the form that Verry Elleegant has found this preparation, and she is at peak fitness for the 2020 Caulfield Cup.<\/p>\n The Zed mare returned to the races this time with an outrageous effort to win the Group 1 Winx Stakes, and while she failed to fire in the George Main second-up, she responded with another impressive performance and win in the Turnbull Stakes<\/strong><\/a> a fortnight ago.<\/p>\n She clearly has the class to win this race, and the history says that she has taken the right route into the race.<\/p>\n <\/div> \n <\/div> \n<\/section>\n\n
