Alternatively, it took van Gisbergen a couple of rounds to find his virtual rhythm, first tasting victory in race 6, from that moment on the Red Bull Holden driver was racing a level above the rest of the field.<\/p>\n

Despite the slow start, Shane van Gisbergen has astonishingly claimed 13 wins from 29 races, with his closest rival McLaughlin standing at the top of the podium on 5 occasions.<\/p>\n

It’s only fitting that Shane van Gisbergen should claim the inaugural BP Supercars All Stars Eseries championship trophy with a victory in the final race at Australia’s home of racing,\u00a0Mount Panorama.<\/p>\n
