Stylish Flame could not have been more impressive when saluting on debut.

Over this track and trip she jumped away well off the outside box, took up the running and continued to extend her margin to score easily by 5.5 lengths and clock one of the fastest times of the night.

With natural improvement, she looks very hard to beat again.

No. 6 Perky Penny

Perky Penny has just had the two race starts and has performed very well on both occasions.

She was beaten less than a length on debut, putting up a huge gap back to third and last start, she proved far too good kicking away to score by 6.5 lengths.

The daughter of Aussie Infrared looks very promising and I think she’ll prove too good for them again.

No. 5 Super Leon

Super Leon is in terrific form and remains unbeaten in three runs over this track and distance.

Denied by the barest of margins over the 288m at Ipswich when resuming, he relished the rise in trip last time, shooting to the front and proving too strong over the final part.

He’s got a great record from box six and he looks the one to beat.

No. 1 Stylish Look

Stylish Look has made it two wins and a second placing from just four starts and looks well placed to add to that tally.

He didn’t have the best of luck here two runs back but showed plenty of tenacity last time to get the job done.

The son of Orson Allen possesses good early speed and with the advantage of the inside draw, I think I’ll be too sharp for them.

Bugle Girl comes off a strong win over this track and distance and looks well placed to make it two on the bounce.

The daughter of Aston Rupee showed good early speed off the inside draw and kicked away over the final part to score by 2.5 lengths.

She gets the one box again and should prove too nippy for them.

No. 4 Chopper Express

Chopper Express made it back to back wins before striking trouble in a hot field last time.

He just ran up on heels when trying to push forward but stuck on strongly for third in a fast run race.

Only lightly raced, having had the four starts, he looks highly promising and with even luck he can get the job done.

No. 6 Black Bronti

Black Bronti has been the runner up at her past two starts and I think she can go one better tonight.

She shot to the lead last start over this track and trip but went wide in the straight with the eventual winner just sneaking up on the inside to get the better of her on the line.

Although she didn’t get the prize, the time was slick and they cleared out from the rest.

She was victorious at her only run out of box six and I think she will be again.

Three Gems has put together a terrific record in a short time and will look to make it four straight wins.

The daughter of Aston Rupee has now recorded five wins and a third placing from her seven starts and struck trouble in her only unplaced appearance.

All of her runs have been over this track and distance, her latest saw her clock a PB as she shot straight to the front and put up a 3.5 length margin on the line.

She gets the inside box for the first time and I think she’ll prove too good for them.

No. 4 He's Bon's Boy

He’s Bons Boy has just had the two starts and showed plenty of tenacity to get the job done last time.

Copping a bit of interference in the early part, the son of Aston Dee Bee picked himself up, charged through and was able to run down the leader late.

He’s clocked the fastest time of any runner here over this track and trip and with even luck, he’ll be hard to beat.

No. 8 Ultra Ego

Ultra Ego has just had the four starts and looks very promising.

He made it back to back wins over 450m at Maitland and but then just had no luck last start off the outside draw.

He does have the wide box to overcome again but up to 515m looks ideal and with luck early, he should be right there at the finish.

No. 4 My Pharaoh

My Pharoah is building a very handy record and comes off a solid last start effort over this track and distance.

Striking trouble at the first turn he chased home strongly into second but the leader was off and gone.

His prior start, he was dominant when pulling away to score by 7.5 lengths.

He’s proven to be very strong late and if he can get a clear run early, he’ll be too slick for them.

Elliott is quickly building an enviable record and will look to make it three on the bounce.

A winner of three of his five starts, the son of Aston Rupee has proven too good in two appearances over this track and distance.

He was dominant off the inside draw at his first attempt and out of box eight last time, he couldn’t cross but was too strong late.

An improving type, he looks hard to beat.

Spencer is another looking to make it three straight wins.

Yet to miss the frame in nine career starts, he’s certainly talented and proved too slick last start, pulling away to put up a five length margin on the line.

His past two wins have been out of the outside box, he’ll jump from there again and with good early speed, he’ll be hard to catch.

Canya All Class is in red hot form having won his past three starts.

His most recent run he stepped out over the 595m here for the first time and from box six he didn’t have the easiest of runs.

Always wide, he chased hard and was too was too strong over the final part.

With plenty of determination and a strong will to win, he can continue on his winning way.

Keisha has been racing well and gets her chance to return to the winners stall.

She won well over 435m at Sale three runs back and has been solid at her two most recent starts, filing the placings on both occasions.

The rise in trip will suit and she’ll be right in this.

Miss Two Step kicked off her career in style with a dominant win over this track and trip.

Jumping away well from box seven, the daughter of Feral Franky shot straight to the front and never looked in doubt as she accelerated away from them to post a six length margin on the line.

With natural improvement, she can make it two from two.

No. 3 Snake Eyes Senna

Snake Eyes Senna is racing in top form and looks well placed to add another win to his record.

He put together back to back wins over the 431m at Ipswich before a solid last start effort here, where he was unlucky not to have won.

Striking trouble shortly after the jump, he then picked himself up to charge home late into second, beaten only a length.

He’s been placed in all three starts out of box three and with even luck, should prove hard to beat.

Federal Blue Boy will Iine up for his first start around Albion Park after putting together a very tidy record in a short time.

The youngster won well on debut at Capalaba late last month and has yet to miss a place in five subsequent runs.

Over 431m at Ipswich last start, he proved too good with a commanding 8.25 length victory in slick time.

With the rails draw here, he’ll take some catching.

Comical Bill has been the runner up at his past two outings and I think he can go one better this evening.

The son of Fernando Bale was terrific here in open grade two runs back, finishing off strongly into second.

Last time off the outside box he didn’t have the best of starts but again was doing his best work late.

A very honest performer, if he finds the front early, he’ll be hard to beat.

Difficult to go past the lightly-raced Make It Pop. 

This boy came out and won by a whopping 8.8 lengths in just his second start over the track and distance, leading all the way to rattle off a blazing time of 22.72 seconds.  

There’s some good early speed engaged in this race, but he looks likely to ping the lids early and dictate on his own terms.

No. 5 Paw Judas 

Paw Judas prevailed narrowly last week over a touch further when leading all the way.  

He doesn’t win out of turn, but is always a danger over 450m – particularly here at Warragul where he’s placed on a couple of occasions.  

The son of Bernado looks likely to get forward early in the run and try his luck on the speed.

Field Day is ideally suited racing out wide.  

The son of Hooked On Scotch is a two-time winner from Box 8, while his overall record of eight wins from 11 starts also stands out on paper.  

He was the beaten favourite last week over much further, but is likely to find this race more in his wheelhouse.

Whipping It should find this much easier after racing at Sandown over the last couple of weeks.  

The two-year-old by Zipping Garth has proven tough to beat at this venue, winning on three occasions with as many placings to his name.  

He gets right back to 400m after racing over much further last week, and from the middle box, he should be able to pile on some pressure heading into the bend.

The son of Beast Unleashed registered a slick 19.09 seconds when romping in by seven lengths two starts back. 

Last start he showed good speed from box 4 to go all the way in 19.33 seconds. 

He has the early speed to cross and find the front.

Wild Nuts finds a suitable race to kick off his preparation after three months off. 

The son of Barcia Bale was last seen winning over 520m here in 30.27 seconds but he’s just as adept over the shorter course. 

He encountered problems in his only previous start over this course and distance so it’s inconclusive, but he did clock 19.09 seconds in a recent trial. 

He should get on the arm from box 1.

Hope’s Zone is a winning machine having won 18 of her 29 starts over this course and distance. 

The Travis Elson-trained bitch tried hard in her heat but just couldn’t cross Let Jill Rip and had to settle for a close second. 

Two starts back she stopped the clock in 18.87 seconds when exiting this box. 

Let Jill Rip starts on her outside this time which is a plus, but on her best jump she can find the front and go all the way.

No. 7 On Appeal

On Appeal has started his career in fine style and will appreciate dropping in distance after weakening late in his past two 395m starts. 

The Warren Nicholls-trained dog is undefeated in two starts over this course and distance. 

Four starts back he stopped the clock in 19.06 seconds when leading all the way from box 1. 

While his better efforts have been from low draws, he has the early speed to cross this field from box 7.

Cindy Keeping returns home following a successful hit and run mission to Angle Park where she recovered from a slow start to storm home and win over 530m in 30.92 seconds. 

The Charmaine Roberts-trained bitch will have gained great confidence from the win as her previous victory came in June when she won in a slick time of 29.45 seconds over this course and distance. 

While she hadn’t been winning, she had been racing consistently well in significantly harder races than this such as the Million Dollar Chase series. 

She should get a nice cart across from the outside box and if she runs to her best, she should be winning.

No. 4 Power And Glory

Power And Glory has an abundance of ability and is one of the most exciting chasers. 

The son of Hooked On Scotch enters this race in sparkling form having broken the Bulli track record on his way to winning the Million Dollar Chase Regional Final last start. 

He has an excellent record over this course and distance having won four of six starts and boasting a personal best of 29.28 seconds. 

The vacant box beside him allows him to build momentum quickly and break the hands of the clock.

No. 2 Tracker

Tracker had been plying his trade well at Maitland before coming to Wentworth Park for the first time last start. 

The Jason Mackay-trained dog won over 565m at Maitland in 31.86 seconds but it was his effort over this course and distance that was the real eye-catcher. 

Jumping from box 3, he settled outside the leader before powering around the home turn to dash clear and win in 29.79 seconds. 

He’ll be better for the experience and is drawn to get on the arm.

No. 6 Exploded

Exploded is racing in a purple patch of form and looks awfully hard to beat. 

The Jason Mackay-trained dog smashed the Grafton 660m record last start when having his first look at that track. 

Three starts back he made an impressive Wentworth Park debut when powering away from his rivals over this distance in a super quick 41.84 seconds. 

With vacant boxes either side of him, he should get on the arm and go all the way.

Just A Dazzler has really hit his straps since stepping up to this course and distance. 

The son of Mepunga Blazer jumped from this box two starts ago and proved too strong when winning in a slick 29.63 seconds. 

He returned to this venue last start and after failing to cross from box 5, he fought bravely to finish a close second in 29.71 seconds. 

He can be a step slow at box rise but musters speed quickly and I’d expect him to be hard to beat here.

Tulsi Banner looks the testing material in this heat of the Black Top.

She’s looking for her third win in row after destroying the clock last start in her first look at this course and distance when winning by nearly six lengths in 29.29 seconds. 

She likes to scout wide so the outside box is to her advantage.

No. 7 Good Odds Cobber

Goods Odds Cobber should be winning this Black Top heat given his class edge. 

The son of Fernando Bale enters this race in flying form after winning the Dapto Megastar Final in a best of the night 29.44 seconds. 

The Free For All dog is beautifully graded against third, fourth and even fifth grade chasers. 

This is his first look at The Gardens but there’s no speed around him so he should enjoy a trouble free run.

Three Gems is a real favourite of this column and has started her career in great style with four wins from six starts, all over this course and distance.

The daughter of Aston Rupee was electric last start when exploding out of box 6 to lead all the way in a scintillating 22.59 seconds.

A repeat of that will see her hard to beat given no other dog in the race has run that quick.

She should get on the arm early from box 2 and go all the way.

House Of Turbo is low flying and enters this race looking for a hattrick of victories. 

The Jeff Britton-trained son of Fernando Bale stopped the clock in a sizzling 25.59 seconds last start over 460m at Geelong in a six-length best of the night romp. 

While he’s yet to win over this course and distance in six tries, he has finished runner-up on four occasions and boasts a personal best of 29.51 seconds. 

He possesses blistering early speed and could be off and gone before his rivals realise.

No. 8 Double Denim

Double Denim looks extremely well graded here dropping back in class. 

The Bernardo bitch was something to behold last start over this course and distance when jumping on the bunny from box 1 and clocking a magnificent 34.17 seconds. 

She draws the outside box here but that should allow her to muster speed early with a clear path and lead. 

A repeat of last start will see her winning this Grade 5.

No. 4 Smooth Plane

Smooth Plane was excellent four starts back when winning the Victorian National Sprint Final and followed that up with an equally impressive effort to finish a half-length second in the Group 1 National Sprint Final at Angle Park. 

Unfortunately, he was a touch unlucky two starts back but the Thomas Dailly-trained dog bounced back in a big way last start. 

He did something not many dogs are capable of and that’s break the magical 34 second barrier over this course and distance. 

There’s no denying that Canya All Class is a talent, but Smooth Plane should be ahead of him and will take a power of catching.

No.6 Tim Zoo

Tim Zoo should be close to peak fitness after returning from a long break in the Temora Million Dollar Chase series where he ultimately finished fifth in the final. 

The Jason Thompson-trained dog is a superstar and won the Group 1 Australian Cup at The Meadows in 29.71 seconds last preparation. 

He’s won two of five starts over this course and distance including a slick 29.07 seconds when winning a heat of last year’s Group 1 Melbourne Cup. 

If he can cross with minimal trouble from box 6 then he should take some stopping.
