I’m liking them to win this one, it seems like they can’t do much away from the Gabba this season and a huge Friday night crowd should pump them up here.

They could win three in a row and a Heat win tonight could see them jump back up into finals contention.

I’m backing them to do just that!

I’m not mucking around tonight, The Thunder’s season is on the line here and I don’t think it’s looking good for them.

They’ve lost three on the trot, Warner has not helped them at all and do we really want a team in the finals that got dismissed for 15?

The Renegades are outsiders despite being third on the ladder and I’m taking them head to head tonight.

I’m not sure if the Thunder will be able to rally late season.

The Perth Scorchers will host the Hurricanes tonight and a matchup that I expect them to win.

Coming off a defeat to the Sixers, the Scorchers will want to get back on track and get a win against the Canes who are still in the hunt for finals but have the Thunder and Heat breathing down their neck something fierce.

The Scorchers should get this done but I’m backing the weirdest unit in the league, Paddy Dooley to bag a couple of wickets here. The Scorchers batsmen love pace on and the bizarre borderline village cricket antics of Hooley Dooley should be enough to send a few Perth bats back to the Pavilion.

The Sixers will host the Adelaide Strikers tonight and it’s shaping up to be a a fascinating contest.

Travis Head is back for the Strikers but despite Adelaide gaining arguably the most equipped player to succeed in the BBL, they are still $2.10 underdogs to beat the Sixers.

Sydney have just come off a win against top of the table Perth and should be set up to win this one, I like Steve Smith to score 15+ and I’m also backing Travis Head to do the same.

Sydney proved to me in their last hitout that they can win the comp this year and there is a huge chance that this is once again a two horse race.

The Stars are in absolute shambles at the moment, way more than the Heat are and for what feels like the first time this year, the Heat are favourites to win.

I’m backing them to win, I feel like Brisbane’s test players should have a feel for the tempo of BBL now and should show up in a big way.

The Scorchers are my tip to win the BBL once again but I’ve really liked how the Sixers have played recently, especially at home.

I think an upset could be on the cards here. The Scorchers have been on cruise control so far this tournament and I think the Sixers should push them in this one.

The Renegades take on the Stars, last time we saw these two go at it was the infamous Adam Zampa mankad attempt.

The Gades are short favourites over the struggling Stars and despite them getting a win in their last game – I think the Renegades should win this matchup once again.

Combine that with Martin Guptil 15+ Runs and 155+ First Innings total and that gets you a $3.15 SGM!

David Warner returns for the Thunder but will it be enough for them to beat the Scorchers? I don’t think so.

The Scorchers have been massive this year and took down three of the returning Test players with ease on Wednesday night.

I think Warner will put up some resistance and I like him to hit a Six but Inglis and the Scorchers are just far too good.

Tonight the Melbourne Stars will host the Adelaide Strikers and the bookies are tipping more trouble for Melbourne Stars Fans.

Even though they boast an incredible roster, the Stars are last in the league and have only won 1 of their last 5 games.

Things are looking grim for them tonight as well, they open as $2.30 underdogs and will probably go down to a strong Adelaide side.

I like the Strikers to win, Over 155 Runs in the first innings and Adam Zampa to get a wicket, he’s bowled well this tournament and should be in the wicket column tonight.

The Heat will host the Scorchers tonight at the Gabba and a few familiar faces have found their way into the Heat squad.

Usman Khawaja will captain the Heat side and that will also add Matt Renshaw and Marnus Labuschagne but those additions haven’t done much to the Heat’s odds of winning.

Despite adding that massive batting talent, they are still $2.20 underdogs to the Scorchers who are $1.67.

Pardon the pun but the Scorchers have been red hot this year and I believe they should win this one comfortably, the Heat as a team just don’t gel together and I don’t believe bring the Test players in and dropping Josh Brown and Nathan McSweeney will bring them any success.
