SANDOWN: Race 2 (12:25pm AEST)
Race Starts in: Race Finished

No. 7 Knobelos
Knobelos recorded her maiden win in dominant fashion last start and looks to have a bright future
She caught the eye on debut at Pakenham last month as she charged home late into second over the 1400m and proved far too good there last time, when stepping out to the mile.
Sent straight to the lead, the daughter of Belardo travelled well throughout and when given her cue at the top of the straight, she shot away to score by just under four lengths.
Barrier four should see her afforded very chance under Jordan Childs and I think she can win again.

No. 1 Central Coast
Central Coast produced a very encouraging effort on debut over this track and distance nine days ago and with natural improvement, he looks the one to beat.
The regally bred colt travelled well just off the leader and looked to have the race in his keeping as he kicked for home 150m out, but was just nailed on the line by his fast finishing stablemate.
With the race experience on the board, I think he’ll too strong for them late.
SANDOWN: Race 5 (2:10pm AEST)
Race Starts in: Race Finished

No. 2 Ambassadorial
Ambassadorial has been racing well and looks nicely placed with the drop back in grade.
Formally with the Waterhouse / Bott team, the gelding has settled in nicely to the Alex Rae yard and looks nearing a win.
He was solid to the line in his first three starts this time in but just peaked on his run when stepping out to 1800m at his latest outing.
With four weeks between runs, the drop back to 1500m looks ideal and with the advantage of the inside draw, he looks a top chance.
CANTERBURY: Race 7 (4:20pm AEST)
Race Starts in: Race Finished

No. 8 Nana's Wish
Nana’s Wish hasn’t had much luck in two runs back this campaign but looks ready to peak.
Held up in the early part of the straight when resuming, she finished off nicely once clear.
Last time, she was always wide and exposed over the mile at Cranbourne but stuck on gamely to hold fourth, beaten less than a length.
She races well the Sydney way of going and gets in nicely with Anna Roper’s 2kg claim.
