Game 6 – FLA Leads 3-2
It’s now or never for the Oilers as they face a win-or-go-home scenario on the road against the defending champs.
Sunday’s Game 5 was dismal to say the least, the Oilers falling behind 2-0 early and struggling to find any production at all on the power play.
Fast starts have decided this series so far, and there hasn’t been a team more deadly in the first period than the Cats. Edmonton’s unsteady goaltending makes it too difficult to back an Oilers upset H2H, but with the 1st Period Total set at 1.5, I think that’s where the value lies.
Elsewhere, Brad Marchand’s influence has been immense, so he’s a must-have in shots and goals markets. On the other side, Corey Perry needs to lift if the Oilers are to force a Game 7, so I’ll include him as well.
