I was with Gabor on debut as she stepped out over 1200m here, and whilst she did prove disappointing on face value, she was found to be lame post race so I’m happy to stick with her.

The daughter of Grunt had impressed in two prior jump outs and with the race experience and rise to 1400m, I think she’ll be hard to beat here.

Il Cielo has been placed in two of his three starts and looks well placed to break through.

The Ciaron Maher trained gelding did a lot wrong on debut but showed good improvement at his second outing and was unlucky not to have won.

Held up momentarily and placed in restricted room he shot through and was only denied in a bob of heads.

He was solid to the line last time over 1400m at Cranbourne and he presents here hard fit.

Mark Zahra jump will do the steering and with even luck, I think he’ll be hard to beat.

Zoubelle kicks off for the new stable and the Zoustar filly has impressed in three recent jump out wins.

She just the one start for the Waterhouse / Bott team where she failed to figure before spending over twelve months on the sidelines, but Julien Welsh looks to have the filly in top order.

A few gear changes have been made and if she produces her best, I think she’ll be winning.

Bonnie Amore just struggled to made up ground from the tail when resuming off a lengthy break but she will have taken plenty of improvement from the run.

The lightly raced mare showed plenty of natural talent in her first preparation, saluting on debut with a six length romp before being placed in three of her four subsequent starts.

She looked sharp winning a jump out back in March and under the guidance of Blake Shinn from the inside draw, I think she’ll be hard to beat.
