Returning off a seven week let up, she proved far too good over the 1000m last time as she extended strongly to score by almost two lengths.

She looks an improving type and she’s sure to make her presence felt.

Caltsar kicked off his career in fine style with a decisive win over 1400m at Newcastle.

The son of UK sire Calyx was well supported following a couple of impressive trial wins and he lived up to expectations as he swept past the leading pair score by a length and a half.

An improving, he looks well suited stepping out to the mile and barrier five will see him enjoy a cosy run throughout.

West of Africa is racing top form and looks nearing another win.

The Not A Single Doubt gelding has worked home strongly down the outside at his past three outing, finishing only two lengths off them in them in the Group 2 Ajax Stakes before narrow defeats in the Muswellbrook and Tamworth Cups.

He’s fit, he’ll relish getting out to the mile on the big, spacious track and he’ll certainly appreciate the 4kg drop in the weights.
