PG: Luka Doncic 30+ Points
At Point I’m taking Luka. The Don must been frequenting the pilates studios in LA, he is looking as lean and mean as ever heading into the post season. Doncic dropped 31 points in the opening half against his former side last time out, and I’m taking his to hit 30+ across four quarters against the Rockets.
SG: Josh Giddey 15+ Points, 10+ Rebounds, 10+ Assists
Let’s add some Aussie flavour to this multi, at Shooting Guard I have Josh Giddey. The Slob Wizard recently joined Nikola Jokic and LeBron James to post 1000 points, 500 rebounds and 500 assists this season, not back company. Let’s back him in for another big night against the Wizards.
SF: Kawhi Leonard 25+ Points
Kawhi is my guy at Small Forward. The Clipps could finish as high as 3rd in the West if results go their way. The return of Claw has been game changer LA’s 2nd favourite side, and 25+ points seem a good number for a must win game.
PF: Giannis Antetokounmpo 25+ Points, 10+ Rebounds, 6+ Assists
I’m grabbing the most Powerful Power Forward getting around, the Greek Freak. Barring Nikola, Giannis may be the most dominant player in the NBA across the last month. He’s averaged 32-12-9 across his last eight games, and I think he’ll make his presence felt in a huge match-up against the Pistons.
C: Nikola Jokic 25+ Points, 8+ Assists, 10+ Rebounds
Nikola is averaging a 30-point triple-double on the season, and his team could still finish as low as 8th in the West at the close of the regular season. Chiropractors need to study this man’s back, the amount of deadweight he has carried this season is unmatched. Let’s have him to fill-up the box score.
