Daily Greyhound Tips – Tuesday, March 25

Geelong: Race 4 (3:19pm)
No. 2 Blame Spencer

Blame Spencer is likely to be one of the fastest into stride as he looks to push ahead early from the inside box. The son of Shima Shine should be racing with a stack of confidence coming off a half-length win at Healesville last week, not to mention his slick 22.66 PB time over this track and distance.

Geelong: Race 5 (3:39pm)
No. 1 Wine Lover

Wine Lover has drawn the paint and will likely assume his favourite spot back off the speed. He’s close to a month between runs after finishing 12 lengths off over further here last time out but is always a danger over the 400m trip with two wins and a handful of placings to his name.

Geelong: Race 7 (4:14pm)
No. 6 Waterloo Boy

Waterloo Boy owns an impressive record here at Geelong that includes seven wins. He’s hard fit now with three runs under his belt this prep and is likely to settle in behind the speed from Box 6. With an empty alley next door, the extra running room should see him hard to beat.

Geelong: Race 9 (4:49pm)
No. 7 Special Players

Special Players goes well from wider out, particularly from Box 7 where she’s won twice in the past. By Tommy Shelby, her recent form has been mixed, but she does hold a 22.76 second win here over the track and trip – far and away the quickest in this field.
