Daily Greyhound Tips – Sunday March 16

Albion Park: Race 6 8:00pm AEDT
No. 2 Rio Valour

Rio Valour should be at peak fitness now following three runs back from a long break.

The Craig Schmidt-trained dog led all the way first-up when recording a best of the night 16.86 seconds over 288m at Ipswich before not having things go his way two starts back.

He bounced back last start when finishing second to Super Leon over this course and distance in 19 flat.

He has the speed to lead this field and go all the way.

Albion Park: Race 7 8:25pm AEDT
No. 3 Super Leon

Super Leon enters this race in winning form having won over this course and distance last start in 18.82 seconds.

The Reg Hazelgrove-trained dog loves this course and distance having won six of eight starts over it.

He can carve out slick time early so he should be able to find the front from box 3.

Albion Park: Race 8 8:45pm AEDT
No. 4 Hope’s Zone

It’s hard not to love the winning machine that is Hope’s Zone.

The Travis Elson-trained bitch has won 26 of 38 starts over this course and distance with nine placings.

One of those victories came last start when leading all the way from the inside box in 18.82 seconds.

She can lead any field and I expect her to get on the arm early and claim the win.

Albion Park: Race 11 9:45pm AEDT
No. 7 Who’s Idea

Who’s Idea has had just the four starts and looks a chaser on the rise.

The daughter of Fernando Boy drops back to the 331m after finishing second over 395m here last start.

Two starts ago she flew out of box 5 to lead all the way in a slick 18.98 seconds.

The wider draw and lack of speed around her will allow her to gain momentum without interruption.
