Mornington: Race 3 (4:50pm)

No. 6 Parch
Parch is third-up for Jerome Hunter in what should be a slightly easier contest for the three-year-old.
The son of Headwater has featured in the money in both runs back this prep, running on late at both Geelong and Caulfield Heath to miss out only narrowly.
If he’s able to settle off the speed again, he should be very hard to beat at a short price.
Mornington: Race 5 (6:00pm)
Race Starts in: Race Finished
No. 3 Azeele
AZEELE looks to have a clear class edge over his rivals after competing in town recently.
The Freedman-trained gelding won his maiden at Ballarat on the synthetic earlier in the year and was seen finishing midfield to wrap up his prep at Caulfield a month later.
The short 1000m trip looks a perfect leadoff point to kick-start his prep, and with a handy jumpout win at Mornington his name, it’s no surprise to find a short price on offer.
Mornington: Race 6 (6:30pm)
Race Starts in: Race Finished
No. 7 Buades
Buades has firmed into favouritism following a few key scratchings on Tuesday.
The Godolphin runner was super impressive racing over this same track and distance last month, finding top gear at the top of the straight to reel in the leader Capitalex over his final few strides.
By Lonhro, he looks to have plenty left in the tank heading into his second-up assignment, while there was also plenty to like about his jumpout between starts.
