Swindled is a multiple track and distance winner armed with enormous early speed.
His best track/trip win came in a time of 29.93 seconds and he could very well break that record coming off last week’s two-length win over shorter.
Drawn the inside box and likely to go forward, he’ll be very hard to catch.
Zipping Hopkins returned to the winner’s circle last week at Sandown over a touch shorter, a run he can only improve on now getting back to The Meadows.
This is an easier race back to Grade 5 level and he should get all the favours off the speed from Box 2.
Wren Bale can settle handy from Box 2 and save something for the finish.
The son of Fernando Bale has missed the money only twice from six starts over the track and trip, his best coming in a slick time of 30.19 seconds.
Looks likely to stalk the sped and is a main danger to the favourite.
Paw Xander could prove difficult to hold out following last week’s impressive 5.4 length win in a mixed event.
He’s still only lightly-raced, but does look suited from the middle box if he can land in behind the speed and challenge for the lead out of the bend.
