The Meadows: Race 3 (7:28pm)
No. 4 Fly Ali

Fly Ali made it look easy when winning by 3.5 lengths first-up over the track and distance two weeks ago.

This thin race doesn’t appear much tougher and he should be afforded a great deal of early running room with a vacant box next door.

His winning time of 30.10 seconds is far and away the quickest track/distance time in this field and another win should be on the cards.

The Meadows: Race 5 (8:08pm)
No. 2 Lyrical Cripps

Lyrical Cripps is a multiple winner over the track and distance, his best coming in a slick time of 30.26 seconds.

He’s better suited by the inside draw and has enough late speed to make his presence felt coming out of the bend.

The Meadows: Race 7 (8:48pm)
No. 6 Black Spectre

Black Spectre can ping the lids and make every post a winner up on the speed.

The son of Fernando Bale was in the money across five consecutive starts before finding the step back to 350m not to his liking last week at Healesville.

Another wide box is to his advantage and although this is a big rise in trip, he looks suited.

The Meadows: Race 9 (9:31pm)
No. 1 Paw Erina

Paw Erina should be able to showcase her late speed from the inside box against this small field.

The daughter of Allen Deed won her maiden over much shorter last month and has been around the mark in tougher contests since.

Having placed twice over this track and distance, her best coming in a time of 30.34 seconds, she looks the obvious on top selection.
