Geelong: Race 3 (7:39pm)
No. 4 Sudoku Carmello

Sudoku Carmello is only lightly-raced but does have a handy 5.5 length in over the track and distance to his name.

The son of Fernando Bale failed to finish at Shepparton last start but does come into this assignment off a good break.

Drawn to roll forward and challenge for the early lead, he should take serious catching.

Geelong: Race 6 (8:36pm)
No. 8 Tinker Pete

Tinker Pete is an experienced track and distance winner with his best coming in a slick time of 22.46 seconds.

He’s suited by Box 8 where he’s won from on multiple occasions in the past and should be up on the speed early if he gets a cart across.

Geelong: Race 7 (8:54pm)
No. 2 Wolf Man

Wolf Man is a three-time winner over 450m and is capable of making amends for his last start effort off a break.

The son of Tommy Shelby was having his first look at this venue when beaten nine lengths, but his previous form back home in WA suggests he can make up for it.

Draws to get a nice cart into the race from midfield and he should be strong late.

Geelong: Race 9 (9:33pm)
No. 6 Jenny Bale

Jenny Bale won well at this level three runs back and was again in the money last week at The Meadows over further.

She’s no stranger to winning from wider boxes and is likely to land on the bunny early and challenge for the lead.
