With some of the world’s best stepping into the bright lights tonight, the fans and punters alike are set for another cracking night of cricket.
Every day, you can find yours truly on the neds blog, analysing every game and providing my best bets in the lead-up to your favourite matches.
Well Punters I think we have a game on our hands, as South Africa and the Netherlands will play in the first of three games tonight.
In my opinion, I believe it’ll be a competitive game between bat and ball – with both sides showcasing their strong batting, incredible bowling and impeccable fielding throughout the tournament.
South Africa has showcased one of the toughest and incredibly stacked batting lineups in the competition, with Quinton De Kock leading the charge for The Proteas.
For the Netherlands, I can’t go past Bas De Leede, who’s averaging 31.3 with the bat and 17.3 with the ball respectively.
It’ll be a tough night for both sides and an upset will be the play for me
My remaining plays can be found below.
- Netherlands to win
- Bas De Leede Top Dutch Run Scorer
- Bas De Leede Top Dutch Wicket taker
- Quinton De Kock Top SA Run Scorer
Australia and England have shared unique and memorable stories, spanning hundreds of years and tonight, they have a chance to create yet another chapter to add to the outstanding rivalry.
There’s immense pressure on the Poms, with Scotland’s win against Namibia making this almost a must-win for the reigning champs, otherwise, they will be on the back foot leading into the 2nd half of the tournament.
Scoring was an issue for the Australians against Oman and luckily for the Aussies, the bowling attack led by Mitchell Starc and Josh Hazelwood proved why they’re the best bowlers in the world.
For the Poms, I love Jos Buttler and his batting performances in big matches and not to mention Jofra Archer has a story of his own against the Aussies.
Here are my plays for tonight’s matchups
- Australia To Win
- Mitchell Marsh 20+ Runs
- Marcus Stoinis 20+ Runs
- Adam Zampa 1+ Wicket
