Premier League Rescheduled GW29 Fixtures Tips & Preview

The Premier League fixtures continue to fly in thick and fast, with six games set to be played out mid-week.

The action gets underway in the capital, as Arsenal attempts to seperate themselves atop of the league table with a win over the in form Blues.

Elsewhere, Liverpool features in the Merseyside Derby, Man U host the Blades and Man City travels to Brighton.

Our VAR Virtuoso has previewed all six games and provided his best bets below!

ARSENAL VS CHELSEA
Arsenal to Win & Both Teams to Score $2.75

The Gunners look to extend their lead atop of the league table with a victory over the Blues this Wednesday morning (AEST).

Arsenal has won four of the last five meetings with Chelsea (1D), with both teams scoring in three of those fixtures.

The Blues are unbeaten across their last eight EPL games (4W,4D), and are eyeing off a late run for European qualification.

I can’t see the Gunners dropping points at home here, but I will take the Blues to find the back of the net.

WOLVES VS BOURNEMOUTH
SGM: Both Teams to Score & Solanke Anytime $2.90

Wolves are out to snap a six game losing streak across all comps (2D,4L), when they welcome the Cherries to Molineux.

Meanwhile, Bournemouth are three games without victory (1D,2L).

Despite their recent dip in form, the Cherries have scored at least one goal in each of their last eight fixtures.

Should Bournemouth prevail, they’ll need key man Dominic Solanke to have his say, the big man has scored 18 goals on the season, and in each of his last two starts.

I’m backing both teams to score, combined with a goal from Solanke.

EVERTON VS LIVERPOOL
Liverpool (-1) $2.20

The Reds head to Goodison Park looking to keep their title fight alive.

Liverpool has won four of the last five Merseyside derbies, keeping a clean sheet in four of those games.

The Toffees have won two of their last three games, pulling themselves five points clear of the drop zone with a game in hand.

I’m backing the Reds to win this one by 2+ goals.

MAN UTD VS SHEFF UTD
Man Utd and Over 3.5 Goals $2.30

The Red Devils are looking to break a spell of four league games without a victory (3D,1L) when they welcome soon to be relegated Sheffield United to Old Trafford.

The Blades have conceded 88 goals, only one short of the 38-game season record, set by Derby in 2007/08!

Man United have largely been disappointing against good sides this season, though their record against newly promoted outfits is exemplary, winning 12 straight games, including four this campaign.

I’m backing Man U to claim all three points in a fixture which should have no shortage of goals.

CRYSTAL PALACE VS NEWCASTLE
Draw and Over 1.5 Goals $4.20

Both Palace and Newcastle search for three consecutive league wins when the pair meet at Selhurst Park on Thursday morning (AEST).

The Eagles recently disrupted the title chase, upsetting the Reds 1-0 at Anfield in GW33, before destroying West Ham 5-2 at home last weekend.

Meanwhile, the Toon kept their European dreams alive with a 4-0 demolition job on Tottenham last week.

Crystal Palace and Newcastle have played out four draws across their last six meetings, splitting the points in the previous two outings at Selhust.

I’m going out on a limb with this tip, backing both teams to score on the way to another draw.

BRIGHTON VS MAN CITY
Man City and Over 2.5 Goals $1.95

The mid-week fixtures wrap up on Friday morning (AEST), when Brighton play host to defending champs, Man City.

The Sky Blues hold their destiny in their own hands, one point behind Arsenal and Liverpool with a game to play.

The Seagulls are without a victory across their last four league starts, losing to both the Reds and Gunners across that trip.

City has won 12 of their last 14 games against Brighton (1D,1L), with over 2.5 goals scored in four of their last five.

I’m backing City to take the W in what should be an entertaining affair.
