Miss Supergrass was very good on debut over the 1000m at Pakenham and she will have taken plenty of benefit from the run. After working hard in the early part, the I Am Invincible filly gave a good kick in the straight but was just run down in the final bounds.

With the experience under her belt the rise to 1100m looks ideal and she should prove hard to beat.

Captain Electric hasn’t been far away in three runs to date. He hit the line strongly at his second outing when stepping up to the mile and last start he just kept grinding through the line over that same trip.

The rise to 1717m is suitable and this looks a touch easier than what he’s been contesting. With any luck from the wide gate, he should prove hard to beat.

Golden Passport strips fitter for the one run back and drops sharply in grade. Well supported when resuming, the son of Sebring took up the running but just faded late.  Prepared by the Waterhouse/ Bott team, the was performing very well last preparation in stronger company and should find this easier.

The rise in trip will suit and the blinkers go back on.

Arizona Activist returns to the races and has been gelded since his last outing. Already with a stakes placing to his name, the son of Written Tycoon showed good ability in his first preparation and he resumed last time with a nice win on the synthetic.

He was a bit disappointing in two subsequent runs but looks have returned in top order with two very pleasing jump out wins. Jamie Mott will do the steering and he’s set to receive all the favours from the inside draw.
