The Meadows: Race 3 (7:19pm)
No. 5 Takumi Bale

Takumi Bale has been racing well of late, winning two of his last three starts.

He prevailed in the final stages last week over the track and distance, his first win over 525m.

There’s some good early speed engaged in this race and he should be one of the toughest to catch.

The Meadows: Race 5 (8:01pm)
No. 1 Serene Equity

Serene Equity has come up trumps with the inside box.

Her heat win last week was an easy watch, blazing along up front where she drew 1.5 lengths clear over the track and distance.

This race doesn’t look much tougher and she should be fast into stride again with most of her rivals looking for a run from midfield.

The Meadows: Race 7 (8:38pm)
No. 4 Shadow’s Secret

Shadow’s Secret was attempting a sharp rise in trip on his way to a place last week.

The son of Dundee Osprey is a three-time winner over this journey, his best time in a very slick time of 29.96 seconds.

If he steps well and is able to move forward mid-race, his late speed should be a factor.

The Meadows: Race 11 (10:05pm)
No. 5 Drill Sergeant

Drill Sergeant is a versatile stayer that has plenty of options from the middle box.

We’ve seen him win from well back or up on the speed, one of his more impressive victories coming over this track and distance earlier in his prep by over four lengths.

With an empty box next door, he looks tough to beat.
