Premier League Game Week 30 Tips & Preview

Premier League Game Week 30 Tips & Preview

The Premier League returns for Game Week 30 following an international break.

We’re treated to ten thrilling fixtures over the weekend, headlined by an absolute blockbuster between Man City and Arsenal.

Our Offside Oracle has previewed every EPL fixture and provided his best betting plays along the way.

NEWCASTLE VS WEST HAM

The Toon look to break a spell of two losses on the trot when they welcome a Hammers outfit searching for Europa League qualification.

West Ham are unbeaten in four league matches (2W,2D), but have been forced to share the points with Villa and Burnley in their two more recent outings.

Meanwhile, Newcastle holds the sixth best home record in the league this season (9W,2D,3L), though their stronghold is beginning to crack, failing to win four of their last five starts at St. James Park.

The last four meetings between this pair have seen both sides score, with both West Ham and Newcastle claiming one victory between two draws.

I’m backing both sides to score combined with the overs to salute.

TOTTENHAM VS LUTON
SGM: Spurs to Win & Over 3.5 Goals & Son 2+ SoT $2.84

Tottenham vs Luton has all the makings of a thrilling contest.

23 of the Spurs 28 games have seen over 2.5 goals scored, same can be said for 20 of Luton’s 29 league fixtures.

Son Heung-Min leads the Spurs for both goals (14) and assists (8) this season, and I’m backing him have the Hatters’ gloveman earning his keep.

I’m building a SGM for this game, combing Over 3.5 total goals with a couple of shots on target from Son and ultimately a victory for the Spurs.

SHEFF UTD VS FULHAM
SGM: Fulham to Win & Muniz to Score $2.60

Sheffield United are staring down the barrel of five straight home defeats when they welcome Fulham to Bramall Lane.

The Cottagers have won three of the last four league fixtures and are eyeing off a position in the top half of the table.

Behind Fulham’s recent success has been the stellar form of young striker Rodrigo Muniz, who has scored seven goals in his last seven starts.

I’m backing Muniz to find the back of the net again on the way to a Fulham victory.

CHELSEA VS BURNLEY
Chelsea (-1) $1.83

Chelsea, but by how many?

The Blues have put four goals past the Clarets in each of the last two meetings, and have won nine of the last ten matchups (1D).

Chelsea has defeated Burnley by 2+ goals in six of the pairs last seven games and I’m backing them to do so again here.

BOURNEMOUTH VS EVERTON
Bournemouth $2.10

Everton are still searching for their first league win in 2024, with their last victory coming back in game week 17!

Meanwhile, the Cherries are undefeated across their last three league fixtures (2W,1D).

I’m taking the home side to win outright here.

NOTTM FOREST VS CRYSTAL PALACE
Crystal Palace $3.30

Notts Forest find themselves in the drop zone for the first time this season after copping a four point deduction following a breach of the Premier League’s Profitability and Sustainability Rules.

THey’ll take on a Crystal Palace outfit who have collected points in three of their last four league fixtures (1W,2D,1L).

Forest’s troubles extend beyond the financial realms, with no wins over their last five games in all comps (1D,4L).

I’m taking Palace to win at what looks to be clear overs in the H2H market.

ASTON VILLA VS WOLVES
Aston Villa $1.62

Villa resume their tilt for a top four finish when they welcome a wounded Wolves side to Villa Park.

The Villans have won 10 of the 14 home fixtures this season, only Arsenal and Liverpool (11) boasting more.

Meanwhile, the Wolves lost their last away fixture 3-0 to Newcastle, before bundling out of the FA Cup against Championship side Coventry.

I’m taking Villa to defend their fortress, and consolidation their position in the top four.

BRENTFORD VS MAN UTD
Man Utd $2.15

Brentford have lost five of their last six league outings (1D), and are under threat of getting dragged into the relegation scrap.

Meanwhile, Man U have won five of their last seven PL fixtures, and fly into this match off the back of knocking bitter rivals Liverpool out of the FA Cup.

The Bees have failed to win in each of their last three home fixtures, and have only collected all three points at Brentford Community Stadium on four occasions this season.

I’m taking the Red Devils to prevail on the road.

LIVERPOOL VS BRIGHTON
SGM: Over 3.5 Goals & Salah 2+ SoT $3.07

The Reds will momentarily return to the top of the Premier League table should they secure a result at home to Brighton.

The Seagulls have been a bogey side for the Reds in recent times, with Liverpool claiming just one win from the pair’s last eight games in all comps (4D,3L).

The last two games this pair played at Anfield have seen over 3.5 goals scored.

I’m steering clear of the H2H market, instead backing over 3.5 total goals combined with 2+ shots on target from Mo Salah.

MAN CITY VS ARSENAL
Arsenal $3.90

Its here! Game of the season!

Man City play host to Arsenal, in a match which could very well decide the title!

The Gunners have been the form side in Europe this calendar year, destroying every team they’ve encountered.

Meanwhile, City has quietly racked up the wins, keeping themselves within striking distance of their fourth consecutive championship.

Arsenal defeated the Sky Blues 1-0 in the reverse fixture and will be confident on completing the double over a City outfit carrying a few injuries.

I’m backing the Gunners to plant their flag here, and take a massive step toward their first title since 2003.
