Unleash was galloped on badly when resuming over 1100m here two starts back for new trainers Corey and Kylie Geran.

She’ll strip fitter third-up and is drawn to get a great run for Mark Du Plessis back in provincial level.

Sigourney has taken to life at Kevin Kemp’s stable well since moving from Victoria.

She ran on strongly to win first-up before an ultra impressive display over 1300m here last start where she sprouted wings from the back of the field to put them away by 1.8 lengths.

The rise to a mile looks ideal now third-up.

Rothfire has to deal with a wide gate but he’s clearly the class runner in this year’s King Of The Mountain field by a stretch.

The Group 1 winner isn’t that badly weighted compared to his rivals considering he is at least 13 rating points higher than the next highest rated horse.

It must not be forgotten that he almost overcame the car park draw when finishing second in last year’s Stradbroke Handicap.

He was very good when finishing second in the George Moore Stakes first-up and has since had a trial to top him off nicely for this.

Don’t Stop was very good when resuming in the Recognition Stakes last start.

The Paul Nolan Jnr-trained gelding worked home well to finish third behind Zarastro and while well beaten, that horse is low flying.

He’ll have come on from that run and will enjoy returning to his home track.

He’s won 3 of 4 starts over this course and distance with his only defeat being a two-length second.
