Kambosos Junior is chasing a hat-trick when he steps out tonight at Dapto, and he looks well placed to pull it off.
The son of Fernando Bale has been excellent since making his debut, winning four of just seven starts and placing a further two times.
He won his only other start from Box 2 so far, and he can put himself up one the speed again tonight.
There looks to be two key chances engaged in Race 5 at Angle Park tonight in my opinion, and I am eager to have a Same Race Multi.
Springvale Bray has won five of his last seven starts, breaking the clock several times in the process, while Where’s Poppy is yet to miss placing in sixteen career starts, winning ten of those.
I can’t split them tonight, so I am going to select both chasers to finish in the Top 2, and pump up my odds with Machismo running into the first four.
Our Same Race Multi selections are:
- 3 Springvale Bray (Top 2)
- 7 Where’s Poppy (Top 2)
- 5 Machismo (Top 4)
Father Rick is the one for me in tonight’s Ladbrokes Middle Distance Championship Final.
Father Rick has been racing in typically strong and consistent form recently, and booked his place in tonight’s Final with a dominant performance in fast time here last week.
He’s a multiple winner from Box 2 and can make all of his own luck up front.
Good Odds Honey has enjoyed a glittering start to her career, and she rates as a key winning chance again at Dapto tonight.
The daughter of Fernando Bale has recorded six wins and a further nine placings from her twenty-six starts to date, and has been particularly effective over the 297m course here at Dapto.
She maps to go straight to the lead tonight and prove typically difficult to catch over the sprint trip.
