each way
The Meadows: Race 8 (1:35pm AEDT)
No. 1 Mepunga Ollie

This is a wide-open race with plenty of winning chances, and I thought that Mepunga Ollie represented value at current odds ($8.50 at publish).

The son of Barcia Bale has been racing in good and consistent form since debuting, winning four of twelve and placing a further seven times, reeling off some quick efforts in the process.

He can go forward today and make his own luck up front, and we can have an each way play at the price.

Richmond: Race 7 (9:08pm AEDT)
No. 6 Fantastic Iris

Fantastic Iris has continued to improve with each start since debuting, and she looms as the one to beat again in Race 7 at Richmond tonight.

The daughter of Superior Panama broke her maiden at Nowra two back, and she franked that effort with another eye-catching one in fast time here, most recently.

With even luck tonight, I can’t find a reason why she won’t be in the finish.

Richmond: Race 8 (9:24pm AEDT)
No. 3 Farmor Order

I’m going to give Farmor Order another chance in the eighth at Richmond tonight.

Farmor Order won a couple of nice races here and at Wentworth Park back in September, but has run into some handy opposition since.

Having filled the minors at each of his last three, he’s a multiple winner from Box 3, and I think that this looks his opportunity to strike.

best bet
Richmond: Race 11 (10:30pm AEDT)
No. 2 Exclusive Wave

Exclusive Wave has been outstanding since debuting, and she can record another win tonight at Richmond.

The daughter of Barcia Bale finished second, beaten less than a length on debut and hasn’t looked back, winning each of her three subsequent starts with something in hand.

She can go straight to the lead tonight from Box 2, and she is my best bet on the program.
