Magic Muffin looks the class engaged in Race 8 at Richmond this afternoon and will take plenty of beating.
The son daughter of Fernando Bale was checked out of her most-recent start at The Meadows before going for a break, but her form prior to that was excellent, and included a half-length second placing in Group 1 company.
I’m going to select her as the winner in a Same Race Multi and build out my bet further with Copious and Nando Banner each running into the first four.
Our Same Race Multi selections are:
- 1 Magic Muffin (Win)
- 3 Copious (Top 4)
- 4 Nando Banner (Top 4)
The consistent Nad Al Sheba takes winning form into this contest and rates as a key winning chance again.
The son of Beast Unleashed hasn’t missed placing at his last six trips to the races, winning twice, highlighted by his dominant performance down the straight here at Richmond last time.
I concede that early favourite Make No Promise will be hard to beat, but this bloke should get every chance from Box 2.
My Bandit can go forward in Race 6 at Wentworth Park tonight and make every post a winner.
The son of Fernando Bale hasn’t enjoyed the best luck in any of his last three appearances after drawing wide, but his class almost took to him a win over this route two back.
He’s undefeated from Box 2 and with appropriate luck in running, I am confident he can build on that record.
Nacho Queen can use her box speed to overcome the wide draw at Wentworth Park tonight and lead all the way.
The daughter of Fabregas has finished worse than second once at her last eight trips to the races, winning five times and finding form around some classy opposition.
She’ll have the benefit of an empty box to her inside tonight and I think it looks another really nice race for her.
