Another nine races will be run and won at Brisbane’s premier racecourse, Eagle Farm, on Saturday August 12th.
I’ve completed my homework, and you can find my complete Eagle Farm Tips below!
Vodka Martini closed out his three-year-old season with a win at Doomben as the short priced favourite and he’s again right in the money for the opening event of the day at Eagle Farm.
He’s won four times from seven races and is yet to miss a place.
He’s drawn well and can kick start our day on a winning note.
Kanazawa is becoming a bit of a perennial place getter which includes his first two this campaign since moving to Queensland.
He’s been in the money in 11 of 15 career starts and he loomed up like he was going to win last start but just missed.

Both runs from Ashgrove this prep have been full of merit including a narrow third at Doomben last time out.
The Tony Gollan trained gelding has always been a consistent performer and he will be nearing peak fitness at this stage of his prep.
Looks well placed.
Chayse ‘N’ Artie has had a long campaign and has finished in the top two in his last four trips to the races.
Has been placed in 10 of 18 overall and although this is the first time he steps up to this distance, fitness will not be a concern.

Ned’s Gully is a promising and progressive galloper who has five wins from 13 career starts.
He’s only a lightly raced horse with plenty of upside and despite running into some roadblocks first up, he still managed to get the job done.
He’ll be fitter for that first up run and is the horse to beat.
This is a hot little race with plenty of quality sprinters but The Bopper brings in good form lines from down south.
He has been competitive in black type races for the majority of his career and closed out his last campaign with a second in the Listed Bob Hoysted at headquarters.
Good fresh record and just 59kg to carry.

He’ll benefit from that run and will appreciate the step back in class for this event.
Nice each way odds.
