Canterbury: Race 2 (1:25pm)
No. 8 Kind Words

I thought that Kind Words was quite good here on debut, and she looks a great chance of breaking her maiden this afternoon.

The Kris Lees-trained filly showed some ability at the trials prior to debuting and worked home well behind Tropical Squall late last month.

With natural improvement and under in-form apprentice Dylan Gibbons, she can begin her rise through the grades.

Sandown: Race 6 (3:20pm)
No. 12 Kingwell

Kingwell faces a rise in class at Sandown this afternoon, but he has been very good since debuting, and he looks to have a very bright future.

The I Am Invincible colt finished fourth, beaten just over half a length at Pakenham on debut, before breaking his maiden pretty comfortably at Geelong last time.

Fitter third-up and from the good draw, he definitely has each way claims!

Canterbury: Race 7 (4:20pm)
No. 4 Fuller

I don’t think that Fuller will get a better opportunity to win than this.

Fuller has raced consistently this time in without recording an elusive win, and he was last seen finishing a credible sixth in BM78 company at Rosehill.

He’s in peak order and this really does look a perfect race for him.

Sandown: Race 8 (4:30pm)
No. 10 Time Quest

Time Quest has hit the ground running in Australia and will take beating again today at Sandown.

The Time Test gelding has won two of three starts since joining Matt Smith’s care, highlighted by a near four-length win here at Sandown last time.

He’s in peak order and I can’t find a reason why he won’t be in the finish again.
