Zulu Blast is drawn to receive all of the favours tonight in Race 4 at Sandown Park and will take a power of beating.
The son of Orson Allen has only missed placing a couple of times in eight career starts to date, winning on four occasions and finding some around some talented opposition.
I’m going to select him as the winner in a Same Race Multi tonight and pump up my odds with Lakeview Lottie and Pigwidgeon each running into the first four.
Our Same Race Multi selections are:
- 1 Zulu Blast (Win)
- 5 Lakeview Lottie (Top 4)
- 7 Pigwidgeon (Top 4)
The consistent Navarino goes around in the fifth at Sandown Park tonight and rates as a key winning chance again.
Navarino has won three of his last five starts, placing on the other two occasions and reeling off some fast times in the process.
He can use his box speed to go forward and make all of his own luck up on the speed.
Landyn Bale is chasing a hat-trick when he takes his place in Race 6 at Sandown Park tonight, and he does look well placed to pull it off.
The talent son of Barcia Bale has missed placing once in his last seven trip to the races, winning four times throughout that period.
He’s had five previous starts from Box 6 and won on three of those occasions, and he’s another that should be able to lob on the speed tonight.
The consistent Trending Xara gets a great chance to win tonight at Sandown Park.
Trending Xara last recorded a race win at Ballarat back in May, but she is never far away from the winner, and she only just missed under almost identical circumstances here last week.
If she steps well, I think she’ll be in it for a long way.
