Fabs Vegetable is drawn to receive every chance in Race 5 at Sandown Park tonight and I am confident that he can bounce back.
The son of Bernardo won three of four starts through May and the beginning of this month, but was checked out of his most recent race and never got an opportunity.
If he steps well tonight, I think he’ll be in it for a long way.
Rotten Ronnie has won each of his last five starts and strikes another winnable race tonight at Sandown Park.
The son of Bernardo gave them windburn at Bendigo back in May and hasn’t taken a backwards step, continuing to improve with each start and as the bar has been raised.
He maps to go forward again tonight and make all of his own luck up on the speed.
Raven Owl is another chaser that looks capable of bouncing back at Sandown Park tonight.
The daughter of Barcia Bale has actually won five of her last eight races, but she hasn’t enjoyed the best of luck at her last two.
If she leaves cleanly and lobs up front, I can’t find a reason why she won’t be in the finish.
Zulu Blast looks to have this field covered for class and he can return to winning form.
The son of Orson Allen has made only five appearances at the races since debuting, but he has won three of them and found form around some classy opposition.
There isn’t a lot of value left in his win quote, so I am instead going to select him as the winner in a Same Race Multi and build out my bet further with Professor Sirius running into the first three and Queen Goldstein running into the first four.
Our Same Race Multi selections are:
- 3 Zulu Blast (Win)
- 1 Professor Sirius (Top 3)
- 8 Queen Goldstein (Top 4)
