The UFC heads to Florida this weekend with a much anticipated rematch between current UFC Middleweight champion Alex Pereira and Israel Adesanya.
The two have faced each other twice in kickboxing and once inside the octagon, with Pereira holding an undefeated head to head record thus far.
Jorge Masvidal fights in front of his home crowd in Miami as he takes on Gilbert Burns in the Co-Main Event and there is plenty to look forward to.

Does Izzy need a new gameplan?
The Kiwi superstar dominated the UFC Middleweight division for many years and has had so much success in all three of his combat sport fights against Alex Pereira that you would forgive him for keeping things simple.
There are many suggesting that Izzy should drag Pereira into this deep water with some wrestling but not only is that not Izzy’s go, Pereira is just THAT much bigger once fight night rolls around.
There is no doubting just how dangerous a striker Pereira is at this stage and he has so much power especially with his brutal left hook.
Adesanya has little to lose now and I’d love to see him be more aggressive and try and finish this fight within the five rounds.
If he doesn’t, Pereira will.
There’s little chance this one isn’t fun.
Despite failing to secure UFC gold against Kamaru Usman in February of 2021, Gilbert Burns has hovered at the top of the Welterweight rankings for a minute.
His only loss since that title shot was against Khamzat Chimaev, a man the entire division avoided, and I actually scored the fight in Durinho’s favour.
Jorge Masvidal is a UFC stalwart but his star power rose to incredible heights with three successive wins in 2019.
A brutal KO of Darren Till in London was followed by the fastest KO in UFC career against Ben Askren and then he won via doctor’s stoppage against Nate Diaz.
With the beauty of hindsight I’m not sure how those wins stack up to the top of this division.
Masvidal went on to lose to Usman twice before being soundly beaten by Colby Covington.
While he is entertaining and dangerous, Burns has him covered.
Adrian Yanez is an exciting bantamweight out of the Contender Series who has now won five straight fights in the UFC.
His most recent win was a first round TKO over Tony Kelley last June.
He takes on veteran Rob Font, who comes into this fight having lost successive bouts for the first time in his career.
The first was at the hands of one of the greatest to ever do it in Jose Aldo and the second was against Chito Vera.
He was knocked down five times in 10 rounds within those fights, a concerning stat at this stage of his career.
