Zipping Orlando takes winning form into the fourth at Wentworth Park tonight and looks capable of making it two in a row.
The son of Zipping Garth has won three of his last six starts, and I thought that he was excellent here last week, breaking the clock in the process.
He does face a tougher task from the wide draw, but a couple of scratchings have depleted the field.
Yuko Girl is another last-start winner with further claims at Wentworth Park tonight.
The daughter of Zambora Brockie won in Group 2 company at Richmond three starts back, and after a luckless run here on March 11th, bounced back with an eye-catching effort last week.
She can use her box speed to overcome the central draw and make her own luck up on the speed.
Len Me Dad has gone to a new level recently and is drawn to receive every chance again at Wentworth Park tonight.
The son of Fernando Bale returned to winning form in Newcastle three back and hasn’t taken a backwards step, striking in Group 2 company and then again over this route, last week.
If he steps well, I think he’ll simply lead the whole way.
I’m putting Victa Damian on top of a Same Race Multi in this Golden Easter Egg Semi Final.
His recent form has been typically outstanding, and Victa Damien has suffered defeat in only one of his last seven starts; a still credible third in Group 1 company at The Meadows.
With him on top, but I’m to pump up my odds with Elite Alex running into the first three and Father Rick running into the first four.
Our Same Race Multi selections are:
- 7 Victa Damian (Win)
- 1 Elite Alex (Top 3)
- 6 Father Rick (Top 4)
