Bathurst: Race 1 (12:15pm) AEDT
No. 2 Karaoke King

Karaoke King has been up for an incredibly long time but continues to race well.

The four year old gelding was only narrowly denied over 2000m at Canberra last time out and he was doing his best work late in that race.

He gets another shot at this distance this afternoon and is every chance of recording his second race win.

Bathurst: Race 2 (12:50pm) AEDT
No. 5 Xcited

Four year old gelding Xcited got the job done when making his debut a couple of weeks ago at Canberra.

The son of Savabeel sat just off the speed that day and ran right through the line suggesting the step up in distance will suit.

Bathurst: Race 4 (2:05pm) AEDT
No. 3 Armageddon

The Bjorn Baker trained Armageddon makes his debut at the races this afternoon and there has been plenty of early support for the recently gelded horse.

He was an impressive trial winner at Warwick Farm in the lead up to this first up assignment and he looks the horse to beat in a maiden lacking a whole heap of depth.

Bathurst: Race 7 (3:50pm) AEDT
No. 1 De Forerunner

De Forerunner has been excellent in all three runs so far this prep including a nice effort in town at Randwick when beaten less than a length.

He will be ready to peak now and he looks to have a class advantage over the rest of this field.

Best of the day.
