December is officially here punters which means that I am willing to declare that we are at the pointy end of the NFL Season.
There is only five weeks left of regular season games before the playoffs begin and it’s getting harder and harder to find a clear cut Super Bowl favourite. The Chiefs are clear favourites but my goodness are some teams heating up at the right time.
The Bengals have won a couple in a row and they get their Top 5 Wide Receiver Ja’marr Chase back from his stint on the sideline.
Deleted: The 49ers are looking like an incredibly well oiled machine, they shut out the Saints last week which hasn’t happened in something like 20 odd years (2001… Close enough).
These Week 13 matchups have already started to give me huge headaches, there is a case to be made for both sides in almost every matchup.
No excuses from me though! I’ve run my eyes over each NFL Game for you this week and have your back for tips!
Here is my preview for Week 13 of the NFL.
Check out the nonsense we get up to to on the Neds NFL Punting Podcast too, there is a link to that below!
What exactly is Brian Robinson hiding under that big hat of his? Some Kevlar? A Little rat that can cook? A slightly smaller hat?

We’re back to our regularly scheduled program this week.
Only one game on the Friday I’m afraid however it’s an AFC East grudge match!
For the Patriots this is probably their last chance at a wildcard spot and the Bills need to get a bit of momentum going after almost losing to the Lions last week.
Josh Allen has thrown for 300+ yards in 3/4 of his last games against the Pats.
We’re backing him to make it 4/5 on the podcast.
Bills to win, Allen 300+ Pass Yards, Diggs 80+ Rec and a Dawson Knox TD.
$15 thank you very much.
At first glance you might look at this match up and be like “Vikings should win this comfortably”
I think you would be quite silly to think that.
I’m very excited for this game but mainly for the match up between the current #1 WR and #1 CB in the league.
Justin Jefferson v Sauce Gardener
Sauce hasn’t given a single WR a thing this year and I’m fascinated to see who comes out on top in this match up.
I would temper your expectations on Justin Jefferson this week but I think the Vikings will still find a way.
Anytime TD Tip: Dalvin Cook
Super Bowl preview? Not likely.
There’s going to be a heap of ground game in this match up. Philly are coming off a game against the Packers where they dropped a 40 bomb and set a franchise record for most rush yards in a single game.
Combine that with King Henry the human cheat code and we have two linebacker rooms that are going to be incredibly sore on Monday morning.
The Eagles are scoring points for fun but their defence in recent weeks has been keeping teams in games and I think that might be the case here as well.
The Titans look good this year, Treylon Burks has got an expanded role each week and should do it again in this one.
Anytime TD Tip: Miles Sanders
This is a game that I truly cannot split the two teams.
The Lions were incredibly close to beating the Bills last week and the Jags put on a huge clinic in the two minute warning last week to drive all the way up the field and steal a win from the Ravens.
I can honestly make a case for both teams here but I prefer the Jaguars, I think their defence has more potential and if they show up, Lawrence and Ettiene should get the job done.
Anytime TD Tip: Travis Ettiene
The Broncos make me angry, so angry I don’t want to waste my time talking about them.
Baltimore will be looking to put on a big performance after losing in the dying moments to Jacksonville and they are blessed with a matchup against this trash heap of a franchise.
Have you seen the clip of the DT yelling at Russ? I wish that was me.
Ravens to cover.
Anytime TD Tip: Mark Andrews
Massive rivalry this one!
I’m interested to see who gets kitted up in this matchup.
Bears QB Justin Fields should return from his AC joint and the QB situation in Green Bay is one to monitor.
All of these question marks around the passers has me eyeing off the rushing markets.
The Packers should win this one and should do it on the back of Aaron Jones.
Anytime TD Tip: Aaron Jones
Deshaun Watson is a football Quarterback who has returned.
He will be playing the footballs against his old team after being traded away.
I believe the Browns will win and I shan’t be talking much more about it.
Anytime TD Tip: Nick Chubb
12 Months ago I wouldn’t have given this matchup any thought.
This season however it’s one of the more exciting match ups this week.
The Giants fell just short against the Cowboys last week and I believe that’s why they’re outsiders but for me they are still the better team in this match up.
I don’t want to over complicate this one too much, I’m backing the Giants head to head.
Anytime TD Tip: Darius Slayton
I was really impressed by the Steelers last week.
The result didn’t quite go their way but there was flashes of brilliance and I’m looking forward to seeing more Kenny Pickett in a matchup that should be more favourable for him.
Najee Harris got banged up and might not play, that is something to monitor but I like the Steelers to cover here.
Anytime TD Tip: Jaylen Warren
The Rams are washed.
Plagued by injuries and a monumental Super Bowl hangover, the Rams of Los Angeles fame don’t look like the same team they were last year.
Neither do the Seahawks to be fair, they’ve improved however.
This tip is my leg of our second podcast multi, I think Seattle are going to wipe the floor with the Rams.
Anytime TD Tip: DK Metcalf
One of the best games this week!
The 49ers have such a well rounded team but the Dolphins offense is a different animal.
The Dolphins are the underdogs which you don’t get very often and I’m willing to take it on, I think Tua will have a huge day out.
Anytime TD Tip: Jaylen Waddle
Josh Jacobs had a huge day last week but his career day only saw the Raiders win in OT.
They need to play more like a team if they want to start winning games and I just don’t see it happening.
It’s looking like Mike Williams should be back this week for the Chargers and I like them to win in this one.
Chargers H2H is too good of a value for me to muck around with lines or margins so I’m just taking them flat out.
Anytime TD Tip: Keenan Allen
My game of the week (yes I’m a bit bias)
Joe Burrow is hitting some form at the right time of the year and will be tested out against a Chiefs team that is always in form.
He should have his favourite target Ja’Marr Chase back and Joe Mixon should be back from his concussion too but I believe the Chiefs will be far too classy to beat.
That being said, this one should be fun!
Anytime TD Tip: Ja’Marr Chase
Cowboys are so hot right now.
They are very much an unstoppable force.
The Colts on the other hand… are not.
Cows 14+
Anytime TD Tip: Zeke Elliot
A match up I used to be excited for but I might give this one a miss this week.
The Buccs should (and I put a lot of emphasis on should) win this game but we haven’t seen them perform to their full potential yet this year.
Hopefully it starts here, Rachaad White was a breath of fresh air last week too.
Anytime TD Tip: Rachaad White
