Talented South Australian Victa Reid is drawn to receive all of the favours in the fifth at The Meadows tonight and rates as a key winning chance.
The son of Fernando Bale recorded consecutive wins at Angle Park two and three starts back and ran into traffic immediately last time out, which I am happy to overlook.
With appropriate luck early tonight, he can win again.
Golden Quest has returned some excellent performances recently, and she looks a bit of value in betting for the Group 3 Fireball Final ($6.50 at publish).
The daughter of Fernando Bale recorded consecutive wins at Sandown and here at The Meadows, both in fast time before finishing second in her heat here last week.
With luck from the central draw, she certainly has the means to take this out, and we can have an each-way play at the price.
Jepara looks to have found his best form, and he looks well placed to record another win at The Meadows tonight.
Jepara has won two of his last four starts, both in slick time, and he only just missed in a photo finish from out wide here last time, having made up plenty of ground late.
He can settle closer to the speed from Box 2 tonight and will be tough to beat.
Wow She’s Fast will take a power of beating in tonight’s Group 1 Maturity Classic Final, particularly after drawing Box 1.
The daughter of My Bro Fabio has well and truly lived up to her name since debuting, winning thirteen of eighteen starts.
I’m going to select her as the winner in a Same Race Multi and built out my bet further with Amron Boy and Kelsey Bale each finishing in the first four.
Our Same Race Multi selections are:
- 1 Wow She’s Fast (Win)
- 7 Amron Boy (Top 4)
- 8 Kelsey Bale (Top 4)
