76ers vs Heat returns to Philly in a do-or-die Game 6 for the hosts.
The Sixers were embarrassed in Miami last time out, going down by 35-points, with Joel the only 76er to register over 15 points (17)!
As hard as that defeat will be to swallow, the Sixers can take solace in knowing they’ve claimed two comfortable wins over the Heat at the Wells Fargo Center this series.
Philly’s success largely revolves around Joel Embiid, though the larger-than-life center has found the going tough in his three games against the Heat this series, scoring just 20 points a game, 10 below his season average.
It’s hard to place blame on the big man who is playing with a broken eye socket, an injury which would likely see Ben Simmons sit out a few seasons at least!
Though with their backs against the walls, the Sixers need to throw everything they have at this game, the stage is set for Embiid to silence his MVP critics and lug this S**tshow of a franchise onto his massive back!
The Bookies have dropped Embiid’s points line to 25.5, the lowest it’s been in a long time, so low that I can see the big man stepping over it early in the 3rd.
