Fernando Beach is drawn to receive all of the favours in Race 5 at Albion Park tonight, and he’ll take plenty of beating.
The son of Fernando Bale has been a model of consistency throughout his campaign, and he flashed late to fill the minors in a similar contest last time, having missed the start.
If he jumps well tonight, he can go straight to the lead and make every post a winner.
Talented Group 1 winner Do It takes his place in Race 8 at Sandown Park tonight, and he’ll take plenty of beating.
Do It recorded consecutive and dominant wins here at Sandown Park and at Hobart two and three starts back, and he takes his place in this contest following a close-up second in the Group 1 Hobart Thousand.
He’s fresh, has an empty box to his outside and is my best bet of the night.
Jungle Deuce is chasing a hat-trick when he steps out at Albion Park tonight, and he looms as the chaser to beat again in the Group 2 Golden Sands Final.
Jungle Deuce has returned plenty of eye-catching efforts this time, but he has gone to a new level recently, and absolutely dominated his heat here last week.
I’m going to select him as the winner in a Same Race Multi and build out my bet further with See Them Try running into the first three and Extra Malt running into the first four.
Our Same Race Multi selections are:
- 2 Jungle Deuce (Win)
- 1 See Them Try (Top 3)
- 5 Extra Malt (Top 4)
Lime Rock Park looks well placed to strike at Albion Park tonight.
The classy daughter of Fernando Bale hasn’t missed placing in her last eight trips to the races, winning four times.
She maps to go straight to the lead tonight and with even luck, I can’t find a reason why she won’t be in the finish.
