We’re quickly winding towards the end of the PBR Australia season, and the action lands just north of Brisbane on Saturday for the Caboolture Invitational!
The action has hit fever pitch recently as the likes of Kurt Shephard, Troy Wilkinson and Lachlan Richardson keep the pressure on Grand Finals favourite Aaron Kleier.
There’s plenty of value to be found on this weekend’s program I’ve returned my best betting plays at the PBR Caboolture Invitational below.
I’m confident that Amigo will unseat Beau Willis early on the PBR Caboolture Invitational program.
Amigo was covered by Aaron Kleier at Rockhampton most recently, but he has beaten some quality riders throughout his PBR career.
Beau Willis’ form hasn’t been the strongest this season, and he hasn’t returned a scoring ride at any of his last four events.
Troy Wilkinson has been a strong and consistent performer this season, and I think that he can and will beat White Weapon at Caboolture.
Wilkinson captained New South Wales, albeit in a series loss this year, and his solo performances have been outstanding.
He has podiumed in both Mackay and Emerald, and he is full of confidence ahead of Saturday’s buck.
White Weapon is on debut at Caboolture, and I think he’ll be tamed by one of the tour’s better cowboys.
It’s not often we get $3.10 about a rider as good as Aaron Kleier, and I am more than keen to stick with the leading cowboy in his match with Rip Slinger.
Kleier has been the standout on the Australian PBR tour for a few seasons now. He has been a strong and consistent performer throughout 2021, winning three events and podiuming on another five occasions.
Rip Slinger has recorded five wins from six appearances at PBR events, but he has never faced a rider as good as Kleier.
Macaulie Leather steps out in Caboolture following an impressive victory in Emerald, and I think he’ll beat Titanium.
Leather’s form has been excellent this season, and his win in Emerald was his second in 2021.
Titanium is another bull on debut at the PBR this season and while that does leave something of a question mark over this match, I’m happy to continue riding the cowboy on a heater!
The in-form Kurt Shephard can cover Big Bang Theory at the PBR Caboolture Invitational.
Shephard has been amongst Australia’s best cowboys for a few seasons now, and he has converted plenty of typically strong performances in 2021, highlighted by two event wins.
Big Bang Theory has made four appearances in 2021 for two wins and two losses. I think that Shephard’s form will prove too good.
Betting suggests that Lane Mellers will find it difficult to beat Iron Man at Caboolture, and I think that it looks a great opportunity to get involved with Ride Duration Bands betting.
Mellers has mixed his form a little in 2021, but he probably has found some of his best recently, and has returned scoring rides in three of his last five events.
Iron Man is yet to be defeat in six previous appearances at the PBR and interesting, has never been pushed beyond 4 seconds.
