Wentworth Park: Race 4 (8:08pm AEDT)
No. 8 Sunrise Dancer

Sunrise Dancer has been a strong and consistent performer recently, and she looms as the chaser to beat in Race 4 at Wentworth Park tonight.

The daughter of Fernando Bale won five races in succession through September and October, and she has filled the minors at her last two.

Her form from out wide is competitive and if she steps well, she’ll be tough to catch.

Wentworth Park: Race 5 (8:28pm AEDT)
Same Race Multi

Trouble At Mill boasts a class edge in Race 5 at Wentworth Park tonight and will take plenty of beating.

The son of Unlawful Entry recorded a hat-trick last month, winning two of those races in particularly fast time, and he has really only been undone by poor luck at his last two.

I’m going to select him as the winner in a Same Race Multi and build out my bet further with Zipping Virginia and Tap Out Sniper each running into the first four.

Our Same Race Multi selections are:

  • 5 Trouble At Mill (Win)
  • 2 Zipping Virginia (Top 4)
  • 8 Tap Out Sniper (Top 4)
Wentworth Park: Race 9 (9:48pm AEDT)
No. 2 Clay Made

Clay Made is drawn to receive a lovely run in Race 9 at Wentworth Park tonight and can return to winning form.

The son of Barcia Bale charged in to score a bullish win here at Wentworth Park two starts back, and he flashed late to only just miss from a wide draw last time.

He can settle closer to the pace tonight from Box 2 and with even luck, I can’t find a reason why he won’t be in the finish.

Wentworth Park: Race 10 (10:09pm AEDT)
No. 2 Mellcat Leslie

He has only made one appearance at the races so far, but Mellcat Leslie’s debut effort was too good to ignore, and he can keep alive his unbeaten record at Wentworth Park tonight.

The son of Raw Ability jumped fairly at Goulburn, but he kept himself in the race before mustering an electric turn of foot to easily swallow up his rivals.

There does look to be more depth in this contest, but Mellcat Leslie is drawn well again, and he can continue his rise through the grades.
