Gosford: Race 4 (7:58pm)
No. 4 Runway Messi

Runway Messi will take winning form into the fourth at Gosford tonight and with even luck, he can make it two in a row.

The son of Bessy Boo has mixed his form a little recently, but his last-start effort from out wide at Newcastle was very impressive, and fast.

If he steps well from the central draw, I can’t find a reason why he won’t be able to replicate that effort and result.

Gosford: Race 6 (8:38pm)
No. 2 Star Is Born

Star Is Born is drawn to receive a lovely run from Box 2 tonight and shapes as a key winning chance in Race 6.

The daughter of Fernando Bale has taken a few to get going this time, but she stormed home to score comfortably over 400m last time out.

She can slot in behind the early pace and with a clear run, she can finish over the top of her rivals.

Gosford: Race 8 (9:18pm)
Same Race Multi

Keeping On will take plenty of beating in Race 8 at Gosford tonight.

The son of Fernando Bale has found form around some above average chasers this prep, and he charged home to win over 520m at Wentworth Park two starts back.

He’ll go straight to the lead tonight and will be hard to catch over the short trip, so I’m going to select him as the winner in a Same Race Multi, and build out my bet further with Key Bob running into the first three and Push Pull Poke running into the first four.

Our Same Race Multi selections are:

  • 2 Keeping On (Win)
  • 1 Key Bob (Top 3)
  • Push Pull Poke (Top 4)
Gosford: Race 10 (9:57pm)
No. 3 Mister Eastwood

This looks to be a drop in class for Mister Eastwood and he shapes as a key winning chance.

The son of Mister Twister doesn’t win out of turn, but he also rarely races poorly and typically steps out in better contests than this one.

With even luck early, he’s certainly up to winning something like this.
