Glamour Runs Deep will take winning form into this afternoon’s Prized Icon Guineas Prelude, and she can continue her rise through the grades.

The Deep Field filly raced greenly on debut, but took plenty of improvement into her only other career start so far and recorded a dominant win here.

Fitter third-up and from the good draw, this looks a nice race for her.

Wagga: Race 5 (3:31pm)
No. 2 Huntly Castle

Lindsay Park will saddle Huntly Castle in the Murrumbidgee Cup today and the horse looks well placed to win.

Huntly Castle has returned plenty of quality efforts throughout his career and has won some nice races this prep, including the Tom Patton Cup here two back.

He’s rock-hard fit and can fight out the finish again.

Ruthless Agent looms as a winning chance in this afternoon’s Wagga Town Plate Prelude at a lovely price ($14 at publish).

Ruthless Agent has been racing in competitive form this preparation and won a decent BM86 race at Canberra three starts back most notably.

He’s another who looks to be at peak fitness for today’s appearance and we can have an each-way play at the price.

The Deepest Secret looks up to recording another win in the last at Wagga today.

The Nick Olive-trained mare has missed placing once in her last five appearances, winning twice at Canberra.

She’s rock-hard fit and looks the runner to beat again.
